【摘要】：鐵死亡(ferroptosis)是近年新發(fā)現(xiàn)的一種細胞死亡方式,其特征為細胞死亡過程中伴隨著大量的鐵離子累積和脂質(zhì)過氧化。大量研究表明,該死亡方式與神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病、腫瘤、缺血再灌注損傷性疾病、腎損傷及鐵代謝疾病等疾病密切相關,因此進行鐵死亡的機制及其調(diào)控藥物研究也顯得尤為重要。筆者對鐵死亡的相關機制、誘導劑和抑制劑以及其相關疾病進行總結(jié)分析,以期為研究鐵死亡更深入機制以及從該機制出發(fā)研制有效的治療藥物提供參考。
[Abstract]:Iron death (ferroptosis) is a newly discovered cell death mode in recent years, which is characterized by the accumulation of iron ions and lipid peroxidation in the course of cell death. A large number of studies have shown that this mode of death is closely related to diseases such as nervous system diseases, tumors, ischemia-reperfusion injury, renal injury and iron metabolism diseases. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the mechanism of iron death and its regulatory drugs. The author summarized and analyzed the mechanism, inducers, inhibitors and related diseases of iron death in order to provide a reference for the study of the mechanism of iron death and the development of effective treatment drugs from this mechanism.
