持留菌產(chǎn)生及耐藥分子機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:持留菌或持留細(xì)胞(Persister)是指微生物在受到有效抗菌藥物作用時(shí),絕大部分微生物很快死亡,同時(shí)殘留了一小部分代謝活動(dòng)低下、具有同基因型多藥物耐受(Multidrug Tolerance,MDT)特性的微生物亞群(sub-population)。持留菌與耐藥菌(resistant mutant)是不同的概念,持留菌是表型變異株(Phenotypic Heterogeneity),其基因序列沒(méi)有發(fā)生突變,最小抑菌濃度(Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC)不會(huì)增大,但持留菌的存在卻是慢性感染性疾病反復(fù)發(fā)作、遷延不愈的主要原因。國(guó)外已經(jīng)開(kāi)展了大量實(shí)驗(yàn)來(lái)研究持留菌產(chǎn)生及其抗生素耐藥的機(jī)制,本文將對(duì)持留菌的生物學(xué)特性、產(chǎn)生機(jī)制、耐藥機(jī)制和有效的抗菌策略等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Retention bacteria or retention cell (Persister) means that when microbes are exposed to effective antimicrobial agents, the majority of microbes die quickly, while a small fraction of metabolic activity remains low, and they have multiple drug tolerance to (Multidrug Tolerance, with the same genotype. MDT, a subgroup of microorganisms (sub-population). The concept of (resistant mutant) is different from that of resistant strains. Retention strain is a phenotypic variant strain (Phenotypic Heterogeneity), whose gene sequence does not mutate and minimum inhibitory concentration (Minimal Inhibitory Concentration,MIC) does not increase. However, the presence of residual bacteria is the main cause of repeated attacks of chronic infectious diseases. A large number of experiments have been carried out abroad to study the mechanism of antibiotic resistance and its production. In this paper, the biological characteristics, production mechanism, drug resistance mechanism and effective antimicrobial strategies of retained bacteria are reviewed.
