薏苡仁多糖不同組分對(duì)脾虛水濕不化模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究薏苡仁多糖不同組分對(duì)脾虛水濕不化模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影響,探討薏苡仁多糖改善機(jī)體水液代謝的作用機(jī)制。方法:采用高脂低蛋白飲食加力竭游泳法復(fù)制脾虛水濕不化大鼠模型,水負(fù)荷實(shí)驗(yàn)檢測(cè)水負(fù)荷指數(shù)和6 h尿量,采用ELISA方法觀察薏苡仁多糖不同組分對(duì)模型大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD的影響。結(jié)果:給藥干預(yù)后,與模型組相比,各用藥組大鼠水負(fù)荷指數(shù)明顯降低(P0.05),尿量明顯增多(P0.01);薏苡仁粗多糖組和薏苡仁多糖組分Ⅰ組大鼠血清VIP、ADH、ALD明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:薏苡仁多糖不同組分能改善脾虛水濕不化大鼠水液代謝功能,其中薏苡仁多糖組分Ⅰ作用最明顯,其作用機(jī)理與降低血清VIP、ADH、ALD水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of different components of Coix seed polysaccharides on serum VIP,ADH,ALD in rats with spleen deficiency and water dampness, and to explore the mechanism of Coix seed polysaccharides in improving the metabolism of water and liquid. Methods: high fat and low protein diet combined with exhaustive swimming method were used to make the rat model of spleen deficiency without dampness. The water load index and 6 h urine volume were measured by water load test. The serum VIP,ADH, was observed by ELISA method in the model rats with different components of Coix lachryma-lachryma lachrymae polysaccharides. The influence of ALD. Results: compared with the model group, the water load index decreased significantly (P0.05) and the urine volume increased significantly (P0.01). The serum VIP,ADH,ALD was significantly decreased in Coix seed polysaccharide group and Coix seed polysaccharide group I (P0.05). Conclusion: the different components of Coix seed polysaccharides can improve the function of water metabolism in rats with spleen deficiency and dampness, among which the effect of Coix seed polysaccharide component I is the most obvious, and its mechanism is related to the reduction of serum VIP,ADH,ALD level.
