大鼠異位節(jié)段小腸移植模型建立技術(shù)的改進

【摘要】:目的:建立大鼠異位節(jié)段小腸移植模型。方法:對40例(80只)Wistar大鼠施行異位小腸移植,供受體術(shù)前抗生素灌胃,改變供受體術(shù)式,減少受體手術(shù)時間、手術(shù)損傷及供腸缺血時間;采用腹主動脈-腸系膜上動脈吻合以及左腎靜脈-門靜脈單套管吻合,血管吻合方法采用單純間斷吻合,重建供腸血管;移植小腸雙造口,靜脈補液通路采用股靜脈。結(jié)果:腸缺血時間≤35min,吻合口無狹窄,40例大鼠接受小腸移植,建模成功35例。結(jié)論:改進小腸移植技術(shù)中的多個細節(jié)后,降低了大鼠小腸移植術(shù)的難度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish an ectopic segment small bowel transplantation model in rats. Methods: 40 cases (80) of Wistar rats were treated with ectopic small bowel transplantation. The donor recipients were perfused with antibiotics before operation to change the operation mode of the donor receptors and to reduce the time of operation, injury and ischemia of the donor intestine.
