蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物對D-半乳糖模型小鼠體內(nèi)抗衰老的作用

【摘要】:通過構(gòu)建D-半乳糖誘導(dǎo)的衰老小鼠模型,檢測蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物對衰老模型小鼠外部衰老表征和內(nèi)部衰老表征的改善作用,全面衡量蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物的體內(nèi)抗衰老活性。結(jié)果表明,在改善外部衰老方面,低劑量的蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物能夠干預(yù)D-半乳糖誘導(dǎo)的小鼠體質(zhì)量下降的狀況。高、低劑量的蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物均能改善衰老小鼠活動能力下降的情況。同時,蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物還能夠提高小鼠非空間性和空間性長期學(xué)習(xí)記憶能力,使之保持良好的記憶力,對空間和方位的快速判斷力以及對學(xué)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練結(jié)果的鞏固能力,具有優(yōu)異的回避危害的學(xué)習(xí)能力及長期記憶能力。在改善內(nèi)部衰老方面,蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物能延緩胸腺等器官的萎縮,表現(xiàn)出對器官衰老的抑制作用。蜂王漿酶解產(chǎn)物還能夠提高小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶、小鼠肝臟過氧化氫酶、小鼠肝臟谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶的活力并抑制小鼠腦中丙二醛的積累,高劑量效果等同或顯著優(yōu)于蜂王漿。
[Abstract]:By constructing an aging mouse model induced by D-galactose, the effects of royal jelly enzymatic hydrolysis products on the external and internal senescence characterization of aging model mice were examined, and the anti-aging activities of royal jelly enzymatic hydrolysis products in vivo were comprehensively evaluated. The results showed that low-dose royal jelly enzymatic hydrolysis could interfere with the decline of body mass induced by D-galactose. High and low doses of royal jelly enzymatic hydrolysis products can improve the decline of activity in aging mice. At the same time, the enzymatic hydrolysis products of royal jelly could also improve the ability of non-spatial and spatial long-term learning and memory in mice, so that they could maintain good memory, rapid judgment on space and orientation, and the ability to consolidate the results of learning and training. Excellent ability to avoid hazards and long-term memory. In the aspect of improving internal senescence, royal jelly enzymatic hydrolysis product can delay the atrophy of thymus and other organs, and show the inhibitory effect on organ senescence. The royal jelly hydrolysate could also increase the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD), mouse liver catalase, mouse liver glutathione peroxidase (Glutathione peroxidase) and inhibit the accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in mouse brain. The effect of high dose is equal or much better than that of royal jelly.
