【摘要】：目的探討噬菌體治療泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌重癥感染小鼠的療效。方法以SPF級(jí)昆明小鼠建立小鼠感染泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌的模型,分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組使用噬菌體AB46治療,對(duì)照組給同等體積的肉湯治療,統(tǒng)計(jì)比較兩組小鼠的生存率,進(jìn)行脾菌數(shù)分析。結(jié)果泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌1∶10稀釋實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組P=0.0200.05,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;1∶2、1∶5稀釋組分別為P=0.650,P=0.170,均0.05,無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;1∶50稀釋的實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組均無(wú)小鼠死亡,脾菌數(shù)計(jì)數(shù)結(jié)果 P=0.026,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。結(jié)論噬菌體治療泛耐藥鮑氏不動(dòng)桿菌重癥感染小鼠是一種有效的治療方法,可明顯提高小鼠的生存率,在感染較輕的情況下可以明顯降低小鼠的脾菌數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy of bacteriophage in the treatment of severe infection of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods the model of SPF grade Kunming mice infected with Acinetobacter baumannii was divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was treated with bacteriophage AB46, the control group was treated with the same volume of broth, and the survival rate of the two groups was compared. The number of spleen bacteria was analyzed. Results there was statistical difference between the experimental group and the control group in the 1:10 dilution of Acinetobacter baumannii at 1:10, and in the dilution group of 1: 2: 1: 5 was 0.170, respectively, with no statistical difference, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1:50, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group at 1:50, and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. The count result of spleen bacteria was 0.026, there was statistical difference. Conclusion Phage phage therapy is an effective method for the treatment of severe infection of Acinetobacter baumannii in mice. It can obviously improve the survival rate of mice and decrease the number of spleen bacteria in mice with mild infection.
