清腦片對急性血瘀模型大鼠血液黏度及血液流變學(xué)的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的:探討清腦片對以皮下注射腎上腺素及冰浴刺激致大鼠急性血瘀模型血液黏度及血液流變學(xué)的影響。方法:將大鼠按體質(zhì)量大小隨機(jī)均勻分為空白組、急性血瘀模型組,腦絡(luò)通組,大、中、小劑量清腦片組。除空白組和模型組灌胃同體積的生理鹽水之外,剩下的各組灌胃相對應(yīng)的藥物,連續(xù)7 d,在第6天灌胃完藥物60min后,除空白組大鼠,其余各組大鼠采用皮下注射腎上腺素而后進(jìn)行冰水浸泡來制作大鼠急性血瘀模型。最后一次灌服藥物60 min后,大鼠采用腹主動脈取血,按要求測定血液黏度及凝血酶原時間(APTT)、凝血酶時間(TT)、凝血酶原時間(PT)、血漿纖維蛋白原(FIB)凝血4項(xiàng)及血液流變學(xué)等指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果:注射腎上腺素及冰浴刺激致大鼠急性血瘀模型復(fù)制成功。與模型組相比,大、中、小劑量清腦片組可顯著降低高切、中切、低切全血黏度和血漿黏度(P0.01,P0.05),顯著升高TT(P0.01,P0.05),顯著縮短APTT(P0.01),顯著降低FIB含量(P0.01)。結(jié)論:清腦片可以顯著改善急性血瘀證模型大鼠血液黏度及血液流變學(xué)的異常變化,對血栓形成以及動脈硬化的形成有一定的預(yù)防作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of Qingnao tablet on blood viscosity and hemorheology of acute blood stasis model rats induced by subcutaneous injection of epinephrine and ice bath stimulation. Methods: rats were randomly divided into blank group, acute blood stasis model group, Naoluotong group, large, middle and small dose Qingnao tablet group. Except for the blank group and the model group, the rats in the control group were treated with the same volume of normal saline for 7 days, and the rats in the blank group were treated with 60min on the 6th day, except the rats in the blank group. Rats in other groups were treated with subcutaneous injection of epinephrine and then soaked in ice water to make acute blood stasis model. After the last administration of the drug for 60 min, the blood was taken from the abdominal aorta of the rats. Blood viscosity and prothrombin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), prothrombin time (PT), plasma fibrinogen (FIB) coagulation and hemorheology were measured according to requirements. Results: the acute blood stasis model was successfully induced by injection of epinephrine and ice bath stimulation in rats. Compared with the model group, the large, medium and low dose Qingnao tablets group significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity (P0.01P05), significantly increased TT (P0.01P 0.05), significantly shortened APTT (P0.01), and significantly decreased the content of FIB (P0.01). Conclusion: Qingnao tablet can significantly improve the abnormal changes of blood viscosity and hemorheology in rats with acute blood stasis syndrome, and has a certain preventive effect on thrombosis and arteriosclerosis.
