【摘要】：正隨著人們生活水平的日益提高以及醫(yī)療條件的不斷改善,病理切片向高等級醫(yī)院會診也越來越多,患者不及時歸還HE切片及組織蠟塊的情況也時有發(fā)生,病理檔案資料僅存有一些免疫組化切片,如果想把此病例作為教學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)交流將難以進行。我們通過反復(fù)試驗,摸索出一種將免疫組化標(biāo)記褪色后,重新進行HE染色的病理技術(shù),現(xiàn)介紹如下。
[Abstract]:With the increasing improvement of people's living standards and the continuous improvement of medical conditions, more and more pathological sections are being consulted in high level hospitals, and cases of patients failing to return HE sections and tissue wax lumps in time also occur from time to time. There are only some immunohistochemical sections in the pathological archives, so it will be difficult to take this case as teaching and academic communication. Through repeated experiments, we found out a new pathological technique for HE staining after discoloration of immunohistochemical markers.
