【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)研究納米山藥多糖對(duì)急性肝衰竭模型大鼠腸道菌群的影響。方法以硫代乙酰胺(TAA)腹腔注射造成大鼠肝衰竭并伴有腸道菌群失調(diào)模型,采用平板活菌計(jì)數(shù)法,檢測(cè)造模前后大鼠的腸道菌落數(shù)量變化,判定模型是否成功,將大鼠隨機(jī)分成正常對(duì)照組、納米山藥多糖組、麗珠腸樂組、自然恢復(fù)組。菌落計(jì)數(shù)法檢測(cè)各組動(dòng)物菌群數(shù)量,菌群易位,測(cè)定谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、總膽紅素(TBIL)和肝臟指數(shù)。結(jié)果模型組與正常組比,雙歧桿菌、乳酸桿菌數(shù)量下降,腸球菌、腸桿菌、類桿菌數(shù)量明顯并出現(xiàn)菌群易位,腸道菌群失調(diào)模型建立。納米山藥多糖組與自然恢復(fù)組比可以顯著抑制TAA引起的ALT、TBIL活性的升高,并降低大鼠肝臟指數(shù),顯著改善菌群失調(diào)和細(xì)菌易位情況。結(jié)論納米山藥多糖有改善急性肝衰竭模型大鼠菌群失調(diào)和細(xì)菌易位作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of nanometer yam polysaccharides on intestinal flora in rats with acute liver failure. Methods the rat model of hepatic failure with intestinal microflora disorder was induced by intraperitoneal injection of thioacetamide (TAA). The number of intestinal colonies of rats before and after the establishment of the model was determined by the method of plate count of live bacteria, and the success of the model was determined. Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, nanometer yam polysaccharide group, Lizhu Changle group and natural recovery group. The number, translocation, total bilirubin (TBIL) and liver index of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),) were measured by colony counting method. Results compared with the normal group, the number of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus decreased, the number of Enterococcus, Enterobacter and Bacteroid bacteria were obvious and translocation, and the intestinal flora imbalance model was established. Compared with the natural recovery group, nanometer yam polysaccharide group could significantly inhibit the increase of alt TBIL activity induced by TAA, decrease the liver index of rats, and improve the bacteriological imbalance and bacterial translocation. Conclusion nanometer yam polysaccharides can improve the bacteriological imbalance and bacterial translocation in rats with acute liver failure.
