【摘要】：目的觀察康婦炎膠囊對盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥模型大鼠免疫功能的影響,探討其治療盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥的機制。方法將大鼠分正常對照組、假手術組、模型組、康婦炎膠囊大中小劑量組,以混合細菌加機械損傷法成功復制大鼠盆腔炎性疾病后遺癥模型后,分別灌服蒸餾水及不同劑量康婦炎膠囊20 d,觀察各組大鼠免疫指標變化。結(jié)果康婦炎膠囊可顯著調(diào)節(jié)模型大鼠免疫指標的表達(P0.05)。結(jié)論康婦炎膠囊治療盆腔炎性疾病作用機制可能與其參與免疫調(diào)節(jié)有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Kangfuyan capsule on the immune function of rats with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae and to explore the mechanism of its treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae. Methods Rats were divided into normal control group, sham operation group, model group and large and medium dose group of Kangfuyan capsule. Rats were given distilled water and different doses of Kangfuyan capsule for 20 days to observe the changes of immune indexes. Results Kangfuyan capsule could significantly regulate the expression of immune indexes in model rats (P 0.05). Conclusion the mechanism of Kangfuyan capsule in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases may be related to its involvement in immunomodulation.
