【摘要】：目的觀測家兔胸導(dǎo)管的形態(tài)學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu),改進(jìn)灌注方法,豐富實(shí)驗動物資料,為臨床應(yīng)用提供參考。方法解剖30例新鮮完整家兔尸體,觀測胸導(dǎo)管的起始、走行及毗鄰結(jié)構(gòu),用改良后的過氯乙烯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯及顯色劑體積比例為1∶1∶2∶1的灌注劑進(jìn)行灌注制成標(biāo)本。結(jié)果家兔胸導(dǎo)管走行正常22例(84.6%),其注入左頸外靜脈,10例(38.5%)注入點(diǎn)在平對T1椎體處,另12例(46.2%)注入點(diǎn)在T1椎體和T2椎體之間。注入點(diǎn)存在變異4例(15.4%),注入左前腔靜脈1例(3.8%),注入左頸總靜脈3(11.5%)例。存在乳糜池結(jié)構(gòu)3例(11.5%),瓣膜結(jié)構(gòu)2例(7.7%)。結(jié)論家兔胸導(dǎo)管走行多變異,在頸段注入點(diǎn)處為多。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the morphological structure of rabbit thoracic catheter, improve the perfusion method, enrich the experimental animal data and provide reference for clinical application. Methods Thirty fresh intact rabbit cadavers were dissected. The origin, course and adjacent structure of thoracic catheters were observed, and the modified perchloroethylene and acetone were used. The volume ratio of ethyl acetate to chromogenic agent was 1: 1: 2: 1. Results there were 22 cases (84.6%) with normal thoracic catheterization. 10 cases (38.5%) were injected into the left external jugular vein and the other 12 cases (46.2%) were injected between the T1 and T2 vertebrae. There were 4 cases (15.4%) with variation of injection point, 1 case (3.8%) with left anterior vena cava and 3 cases (11.5%) with left common jugular vein. The structure of chylous cistern was found in 3 cases (11.5%) and valvular structure in 2 cases (7.7%). Conclusion there are many variations in the thoracic ducts in rabbits, and there are many injection points in the cervical segment.
