【摘要】：目的探討積雪草水提液治療高尿酸血癥的可能作用機(jī)制。方法將48只Wistar雄性大鼠隨機(jī)分為空白組、模型組、苯溴馬隆組、積雪草組,每組12只。除空白組外其余各組建立高尿酸血癥大鼠模型,檢測造模前后和給藥7、14、21天各組大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸濃度及24 h尿量,計算24 h尿酸總量。結(jié)果與空白組比較,造模后各組大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸濃度、24 h尿酸總量均顯著升高(P0.01)。與模型組比較,給藥后各時間點苯溴馬隆組和積雪草組血尿酸、尿尿酸濃度、24 h尿酸均明顯降低;給藥7天苯溴馬隆組24 h尿量降低,積雪草組24 h尿量升高(P0.05或P0.01)。與苯溴馬隆組比較,給藥7天積雪草組血尿酸、24 h尿量升高,尿尿酸濃度、24 h尿酸總量降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論積雪草水提液可降低高尿酸血癥模型大鼠血尿酸、尿尿酸濃度及24 h尿酸總量,并增加24 h尿量,對尿酸代謝作用的影響是其治療高尿酸血癥的可能作用機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the possible mechanism of water extract of Centella asiatica in the treatment of hyperuricemia. Methods Forty-eight male Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, benzyl bromide group and Asiatic snow grass group with 12 rats in each group. The hyperuricemia rat model was established in the other groups except the blank group. The serum uric acid, uric acid concentration and 24 h urine volume were measured before and after the establishment of the model and on the 21st day after 7 days of administration. The total amount of uric acid at 24 hours was calculated. Results compared with the blank group, the serum uric acid and uric acid concentration in each group were significantly higher than those in the blank group at 24 h (P0.01). Compared with the model group, the serum uric acid and uric acid concentration were significantly decreased at each time point after administration of benzbromarone group and Centella asiatica group, and the 24 h urine volume in the benzbromarone group decreased at 7 days after administration, and the 24 h urine volume increased in the Centella asiatica group (P0.05 or P0.01). Compared with the benzbromamarone group, the uric acid content increased and the total uric acid content decreased at 24 h after 7 days of administration of Asiaticorea asiatica (P0.05). Conclusion the water extract of Centella asiatica can reduce the concentration of uric acid, uric acid and the total amount of uric acid at 24 h in hyperuricemia rats, and increase the urine volume at 24 h. The effect of water extract on uric acid metabolism is the possible mechanism of the treatment of hyperuricemia.
