蟻獅多糖對小鼠炎癥模型影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的研究蟻獅多糖對小鼠不同炎癥模型的抗炎抑制作用。方法將小鼠隨機分為對照組、西藥對照組和蟻獅多糖高、中、低劑量組(500 mg·kg~(-1)、250 mg·kg~(-1)、125 mg·kg~(-1)),建造不同類型的小鼠炎癥模型,各種炎癥模型均設(shè)5組試藥組灌胃給藥,實驗結(jié)束后考察小鼠耳廓腫脹度、毛細血管通透性、肉芽腫濕重、足跖腫脹度等不同炎癥模型的檢驗指標。結(jié)果與對照組相比,蟻獅多糖對小鼠耳廓腫脹、瓊脂性肉芽組織增生、足跖腫脹有極顯著的抑制作用,對實驗性腹膜炎的抑制作用顯著,顯著降低小鼠的扭體反應(yīng)。結(jié)論蟻獅多糖具有顯著的抗腫脹性炎癥、抗?jié)B出性炎癥、抗增生性炎癥以及鎮(zhèn)痛作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the anti-inflammatory effect of APS on different inflammatory models in mice. Methods mice were randomly divided into control group, western medicine control group, high, middle and low dose group (500mg kg-1) (500mg kg-1) 250mg kg-1), to construct different types of inflammatory models in mice. At the end of the experiment, different inflammatory models such as ear swelling, capillary permeability, wet weight of granuloma and swelling degree of foot and metatarsus were investigated. Results compared with the control group, the Agar polysaccharides had a significant inhibitory effect on auricle swelling, Agar granulation tissue proliferation and plantar swelling, and significantly inhibited the experimental peritonitis and significantly reduced the writhing reaction of mice. Conclusion APS has significant anti-swelling inflammation, anti-exudative inflammation, anti-proliferative inflammation and analgesic effect.
