【摘要】:間充質(zhì)細(xì)胞在骨化形成骨的過程中,其原基會(huì)分泌一些Hedgehog,Wnt和FGF家族和TGF-β的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子用于調(diào)控和起始早期骨骼相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),研究這些早期調(diào)控因子對(duì)于研究期成骨代謝十分重要,鋅指結(jié)構(gòu)Osterix基因作為重要的成骨細(xì)胞特異性轉(zhuǎn)錄因子越來越被人們重視,研究其基因的作用及其相關(guān)的機(jī)制,利于我們進(jìn)一步了解成骨代謝和成骨相關(guān)性疾病:本文圍繞Osterix的發(fā)現(xiàn)和功能,Osterix對(duì)小鼠中骨骼發(fā)育和成骨細(xì)胞的影響,Osterix對(duì)人類中骨骼的發(fā)育影響的研究以及Osterix的突變與人類骨骼疾病的關(guān)系方面進(jìn)行闡述。目前相關(guān)Osterix的綜述多集中關(guān)注于其對(duì)成骨細(xì)胞功能的調(diào)控。本文主要集中在于對(duì)于Osterix在動(dòng)物和人體骨骼發(fā)育的影響的相關(guān)報(bào)道,進(jìn)而進(jìn)一步了解Osterix與人類骨骼疾病的相關(guān)的關(guān)系。本綜述旨在拓展了Osterix作為成骨細(xì)胞重要調(diào)控因子對(duì)于在體的動(dòng)物和人類骨骼發(fā)育的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:In the process of bone formation, mesenchymal cells secrete some Hedgehog, Wnt and FGF family and TGF- beta transcription factors to regulate and start the expression of early bone related genes. The study of these early regulators is very important for the study of osteoblast metabolism, and the zinc finger structure Osterix gene is an important osteoblast. The role of the heterosexual transcription factors is becoming more and more important. The study of the role of the gene and its related mechanisms will help us to further understand the osteoblast metabolism and osteogenic related diseases. This article focuses on the discovery and function of Osterix, the effect of Osterix on the bone development and osteoblasts in mice, and the effect of Osterix on the development of bone in human. The mutation of Osterix and the relationship between human bone disease and human skeletal disease is expounded. The current review of the related Osterix focuses on its regulation of osteoblast function. This article focuses on the related reports of the effects of Osterix on the development of bones in animals and human bones, and further to understand the relationship between Osterix and human skeletal disease. This review aims to expand the understanding of Osterix as an important regulatory factor of osteoblasts for animal and human skeletal development in vivo.
