【摘要】：目的:研究甘麥大棗湯對(duì)"怒"模型大鼠行為學(xué)特征的影響。方法:將40只Wistar雄性大鼠隨機(jī)分成正常組、模型組、甘麥大棗湯組和香芍顆粒組,每組10只。除正常組外,其余各組以社會(huì)隔離與居住入侵方法進(jìn)行"怒"模型大鼠復(fù)制。28d完成造模后,各組開(kāi)始給予相應(yīng)的干預(yù)措施,其中,模型組、甘麥大棗湯組和香芍顆粒組繼續(xù)以造模方法給予相應(yīng)的刺激。香芍顆粒組大鼠灌服香芍顆粒藥液(濃度為0.1g/m L);甘麥大棗湯組灌服甘麥大棗湯濃縮藥液2m L;正常組和模型組灌服等體積的蒸餾水,均1次/d。各組均干預(yù)28d。觀察體質(zhì)量變化情況,同時(shí)運(yùn)用曠場(chǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)、攻擊行為測(cè)試觀察大鼠的行為學(xué)變化情況。結(jié)果:造模28d后,模型組、甘麥大棗湯組、香芍顆粒組較正常組體質(zhì)量減輕(P0.01);水平運(yùn)動(dòng)距離明顯延長(zhǎng)(P0.05,P0.01);直立次數(shù)明顯增多(P0.05);攻擊次數(shù)、攻擊時(shí)間顯著增多(P0.01);攻擊潛伏期時(shí)間明顯縮短(P0.01);攻擊行為總分增高(P0.05)。干預(yù)后,甘麥大棗湯組、香芍顆粒組與模型組比較,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善的差異性顯著(P0.01),而甘麥大棗湯組與香芍顆粒組比較,各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)改善的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:甘麥大棗湯通過(guò)改善"怒"模型大鼠的行為學(xué)特征,對(duì)異常"怒"發(fā)揮調(diào)整作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Ganmai Dazao decoction on behavioral characteristics of rat model of anger. Methods: forty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Ganmai Dazao decoction group and Xiangshao granule group, with 10 rats in each group. In addition to the normal group, the other groups made the model by social isolation and residential invasion. After the model was made on the 28th day, each group began to give corresponding intervention measures, among which, the model group, the model group, the model group, the model group, the model group, the model group, the model group, the model group, Ganmai Dazao decoction group and Xiangshao granule group continued to model the corresponding stimulation. The rats of Xiangshao granule group were given Xiangshao granule solution (concentration of 0.1g/m); Ganmai Dazao decoction group was infused with Ganmai Dazao decoction (2m L); the normal group and model group were given distilled water of the same volume, once a day. All groups were treated for 28 days. The changes of body mass were observed, and the behavioral changes of rats were observed by open field experiment and aggressive behavior test. Results: after 28 days of modeling, the model group, Ganmai Dazao decoction group, Xiangshao granule group reduced the body mass of P0.01C, the distance of horizontal exercise significantly prolonged P0.05 P0.01D, the number of upright increased significantly, the number of attacks increased, The attack time increased significantly (P 0.01), the latency time of attack shortened significantly (P 0.01), and the total score of attack behavior increased (P 0.05). After intervention, compared with model group, Ganmai Dazao decoction group, Xiangshao granule group and model group, the difference of each index was significant (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference between Ganmai Dazao decoction group and Xiangshao granule group. Conclusion: Ganmai Dazao decoction can regulate abnormal "anger" by improving its behavioral characteristics.
