【摘要】：目的 在借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外以及前人的手術(shù)技術(shù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,本人通過(guò)不斷摸索和大量的練習(xí),建立了一種更簡(jiǎn)便快捷穩(wěn)定的小鼠腎移植模型。 實(shí)驗(yàn)方法 采用C57BL/6小鼠行25例同種異體異位腎移植,將供體帶有腎動(dòng)脈的一段腹主動(dòng)脈與受體腹主動(dòng)脈行端側(cè)吻合；供體的腎靜脈與受體的下腔靜脈行端側(cè)吻合。輸尿管重建采用改良法。 結(jié)果 小鼠腎臟移植模型成功率可達(dá)到84%。供體手術(shù)時(shí)間(12±2)min,受體手術(shù)血管準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間(6±2)min,動(dòng)靜脈血管吻合(20±3)min,輸尿管吻合時(shí)間(5±1min)。總手術(shù)時(shí)間為55±5min。另外切除了10只C57BL/6小鼠的雙腎觀察其生存時(shí)間,以便對(duì)照移植生存率。 結(jié)論 該模型簡(jiǎn)單快捷,成功率高,是理想的手術(shù)模型。
[Abstract]:Purpose On the basis of the experience of domestic and foreign and previous surgical techniques, I have established a more convenient and stable mouse kidney transplantation model through continuous exploration and a lot of practice. Experimental method Twenty-five cases of allogenic heterotopic kidney transplantation were performed in C57BL/6 mice. A segment of the donor aorta with renal artery was end-to-side anastomosed with the recipient abdominal aorta, and the donor renal vein was end-to-side anastomosed with the recipient inferior vena cava. Ureteral reconstruction was improved. Result The success rate of kidney transplantation in mice was 84%. The donor operation time was 12 鹵2 minutes, the recipient vessel preparation time was 6 鹵2 minutes, the arteriovenous anastomosis time was 20 鹵3 minutes, and the ureteral anastomosis time was 5 鹵1 min. The total operative time was 55 鹵5 min. In addition, the survival time of 10 C57BL/6 mice was observed in order to control the survival rate. Conclusion The model is simple and fast, and has high success rate. It is an ideal surgical model.
