【摘要】：正病理切片是形態(tài)學(xué)檢查的常用方法~([1]),在臨床外科病理診斷,尤其是診斷腫瘤性質(zhì)時(shí)常采用病理切片檢查,對(duì)疾病的診斷有重要價(jià)值~([2])。隨著醫(yī)療事業(yè)的發(fā)展,病理切片的結(jié)果對(duì)腫瘤治療提供重要的理論依據(jù)~([3])。因此,病理切片的制作完整性顯得尤為重要。本文著重分析切片中常見的影響因素,并制定相應(yīng)的處理方法,現(xiàn)介紹如下。
[Abstract]:Positive pathological section is a common method of morphological examination ([1]). It is often used in clinical and surgical pathological diagnosis, especially in the diagnosis of tumor nature, which is of great value in the diagnosis of diseases ([2]). With the development of medical treatment, the results of pathological section provide an important theoretical basis for tumor treatment. Therefore, the integrity of pathological section is particularly important. This paper focuses on the analysis of common influencing factors in slicing, and formulates the corresponding treatment methods, which are described below.
