異黃酮衍生物J39136對(duì)東莨菪堿致學(xué)習(xí)記憶障礙模型小鼠的影響

【摘要】:目的:本文旨在初步探討具有乙、丁酰膽堿酯酶抑制活性的異黃酮衍生物J39136對(duì)小鼠東莨菪堿導(dǎo)致的學(xué)習(xí)記憶障礙的影響,為該化合物后續(xù)研究提供實(shí)驗(yàn)依據(jù)。方法:采用Morris水迷宮、跳臺(tái)和避暗3個(gè)行為學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn),評(píng)價(jià)J39136不同劑量對(duì)小鼠認(rèn)知和記憶的作用。結(jié)果:化合物J39136各給藥組均有減少小鼠在避暗試驗(yàn)中的錯(cuò)誤次數(shù)的趨勢(shì);J39136各劑量組均可顯著延長(zhǎng)小鼠的跳臺(tái)潛伏期,減少小鼠的跳臺(tái)錯(cuò)誤次數(shù),縮短小鼠在Morris水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)中的游泳潛伏期,具有一定的劑量依賴性。結(jié)論:化合物J39136能夠改善東莨菪堿致學(xué)習(xí)記憶障礙,值得進(jìn)行深入開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of isoflavone derivative J39136, which has inhibitory activity of acetylcholinesterase, on learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine in mice, and to provide experimental basis for further study of the compound.Methods: the effects of different doses of J39136 on cognition and memory of mice were evaluated by using Morris water maze, treadmill and dark avoidance experiments.Results: each dose group of compound J39136 had a tendency to reduce the number of errors in the dark avoidance test in mice. Each dose group of J39136 could significantly prolong the latency of jumping platform in mice and reduce the number of errors in jumping platform in mice.The swimming latency of mice in Morris water maze test was shortened in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion: compound J 39136 can improve learning and memory impairment induced by scopolamine.
