【摘要】：腹壁撤退反射(abdominal withdrawal reflex,AWR)實(shí)驗(yàn),通過(guò)擴(kuò)張腸道來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)動(dòng)物的行為學(xué)反應(yīng),是目前應(yīng)用最廣的評(píng)價(jià)動(dòng)物內(nèi)臟敏感性的方法。然而,AWR實(shí)驗(yàn)操作涉及因素多,目前鮮有較為公認(rèn)的操作規(guī)程。本文通過(guò)對(duì)涉及AWR實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量方法的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理,歸納出AWR操作的基本步驟,總結(jié)不同測(cè)量方法在擴(kuò)張方式、氣囊種類等相關(guān)因素方面的差異,并對(duì)相關(guān)因素的具體操作提出建議,以期為后續(xù)使用該方法評(píng)價(jià)動(dòng)物內(nèi)臟敏感性的研究者提供選擇方法,為實(shí)驗(yàn)操作的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化方案制定奠定必要基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The abdominal withdrawal reflex-AWR experiment is the most widely used method to evaluate animal visceral sensitivity by expanding the intestine to evaluate animal behavioral response.However, there are many factors involved in AWR experimental operation, and there are few generally accepted operating procedures.In this paper, the basic steps of AWR operation are summarized by combing the literature about AWR experimental measurement methods, and the differences of different measurement methods in expansion mode, airbag type and other related factors are summarized.Suggestions on the specific operation of the related factors were put forward in order to provide a selection method for the researchers who used the method to evaluate the visceral sensitivity of animals and to lay the necessary foundation for the standardization scheme of the experimental operation.
