In this paper, 104 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were divided into two groups: therapeu-tic and control, the first group (72 cases)received both Yu Ping Feng San and Lei Gong TengDuo Dai Pian, the second one was only treated with Lei Gong Teng Duo Dai Pian. The re-sults revealed that improving symptom , sign and function of joint, lowering ESR, RF as wellas reducing side effects in the treated group were much better than those in the controlgroup.

Conclusions Combination of Qufengsheng-shizhentong decoction and routine medicine can also produce a good effect on the treatment of viral myocarditis in acute stage.

目的 觀察中西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法６２例隨機(jī)分為２組，治療組３２例，采用中藥祛風(fēng)勝濕鎮(zhèn)痛湯加西藥短程沖擊治療；對(duì)照組３０例，，采用單純西醫(yī)治療，均６０日為１個(gè)療程。結(jié)果 治療組總有效率為９３．８％，對(duì)照組總有效率為９６．７％，２組比較無顯著性差異（Ｐ＞０．０５）。結(jié)論 中藥祛風(fēng)勝濕鎮(zhèn)痛湯配合西藥短程沖擊是治療類風(fēng)濕性關(guān)節(jié)的有效方法。
