【摘要】：目的 通過測(cè)量河北省漢族成人皮褶厚度，探討漢族成人皮下脂肪發(fā)育特征及隨年齡變化的特點(diǎn)，為改善漢族群體體質(zhì)狀況提供理論依據(jù)，為漢族體質(zhì)人類學(xué)課題及臨床研究提供皮褶厚度數(shù)據(jù)。 方法 對(duì)1216名(男610，女606)不同年齡段河北漢族健康成人作為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)其6項(xiàng)皮褶(面頰皮褶、肱二頭肌皮褶、肱三頭肌皮褶、肩胛下角皮褶、髂嵴上皮褶、腓腸肌皮褶)厚度進(jìn)行測(cè)量，分析皮褶厚度性別間、城鄉(xiāng)間的差異，總結(jié)出皮褶厚度隨年齡變化的規(guī)律，同時(shí)，將河北漢族成人的6項(xiàng)皮褶厚度與其他族群進(jìn)行比較。 結(jié)果 河北漢族成人6項(xiàng)皮褶厚度指標(biāo)中，肩胛下角皮褶厚度值最大，肱二頭肌皮褶厚度值最�。荒行院团韵啾�，女性6項(xiàng)皮褶厚度均大于男性，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P㩳0.05）；對(duì)于男性，，城市男性6項(xiàng)皮褶厚度整體上大于農(nóng)村男性。對(duì)于女性，反映四肢脂肪含量的肱二頭肌皮褶厚度、肱三頭肌皮褶厚度及腓腸肌皮褶厚度整體上城市女性小于農(nóng)村女性，代表軀干脂肪含量的肩胛皮褶厚度和髂嵴上皮褶厚度整體上為城市女性大于農(nóng)村女性；與其他族群比較，河北漢族成人各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均高于鄂倫春族、烏茲別克族、壯族、布依族、遼寧滿族、遼寧漢族、京族、俄羅斯族、日本人、因紐特人，低于黑人、白人。 結(jié)論 1.河北漢族成人皮褶厚度與我國其他民族相比處于中上等水平，皮下脂肪相對(duì)比較發(fā)達(dá)。 2.河北漢族成人皮褶厚度在性別間及城鄉(xiāng)間存在明顯差異。 3.河北漢族成人皮褶厚度與美國白人、黑人差距較大，顯示出皮褶厚度在不同人種間存在差異。
[Abstract]:objective
By measuring the skinfold thickness of Han nationality adults in Hebei Province, we explored the characteristics of subcutaneous fat development and the characteristics of age change in Han adults, so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the physical condition of Han population, and provide skinfold data for physical anthropology and clinical research of Han nationality.
Method
In 1216 patients (610 male, 606 female) of different age groups in healthy adults of Han nationality in Hebei Province as the research object, the 6 skinfold (cheek skinfold, biceps skinfold, triceps skinfold, subscapular skinfold, iliac crest epithelial folds, calf skinfold thickness) measurement, analysis of skinfold the thickness of the gender, differences between urban and rural areas, summed up the law, the skinfold thickness changes with age at the same time, the 6 items of skinfold thickness in adults of Han nationality in Hebei and other ethnic groups were compared.
Result
6 items of skinfold thickness index of adults of Han nationality in Hebei, subscapular skinfold thickness, biceps skinfold thickness minimum; compared to men and women, women 6 skinfold thickness were higher than that in male, the differences were statistically significant (P? 0.05); for men, Men City 6 skinfold thickness on the whole more than rural men. For women, reflecting the biceps skinfold thickness of limb fat content, triceps skinfold thickness and calf skinfold thickness on the whole city women less than rural women, scapular skinfold thickness and iliac skinfold thickness represents the whole epithelial body fat content on city female than rural women; compared with other ethnic groups Hebei, Han adult indicators were higher than the Oroqen nationality, Uzbek, Zhuang, Buyi, Liaoning Manchu, Han Jing, Liaoning, Russian, Japanese, Inuit people, less than black and white.
conclusion
1. the skin fold thickness of Hebei Han adults is in the middle and upper level compared with other ethnic groups in China, and the subcutaneous fat is relatively developed.
2. the thickness of adult skin pleats in Hebei Han people is significantly different between the sexes and the city and countryside.
3. the skin fold thickness of adult Han people in Hebei is larger than that of white American and black people, which shows that the thickness of skin fold is different between different people.
