【摘要】：目的觀察應(yīng)用賽拉嗪聯(lián)合右美托咪對(duì)建立比格犬脊髓損傷模型的麻醉效果。方法用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將30只純種雌性比格犬分為3組(n=10):賽拉嗪組(S組)、右美托咪定組(D組)、賽拉嗪+右美托咪定組(S+D組)。基礎(chǔ)麻醉后,S組首次肌肉注射賽拉嗪0.08mL/kg,術(shù)中間斷追加首次劑量1/3賽拉嗪維持麻醉,D組持續(xù)靜脈注射右美托咪定2μg/(kg·h),S+D組持續(xù)靜脈注射右美托咪定0.5μg/(kg·h),每隔30min肌肉注射賽拉嗪0.02mL/kg。觀察記錄切皮(T1)、手術(shù)開(kāi)始后30min(T2)、手術(shù)結(jié)束前30min(T3)、手術(shù)結(jié)束(T4)4個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的心率(HR)、呼吸頻率(RR)、Ramsay評(píng)分、前肢痙攣指數(shù)(SI),并記錄麻醉藥物使用量。結(jié)果 S+D組賽拉嗪、右美托咪定用量比S組和D組分別減少1/2和1/4(P0.01),而呼吸頻率和心率無(wú)明顯改變,鎮(zhèn)靜效果優(yōu)于S組,術(shù)中前肢未出現(xiàn)肌張力明顯增高情況。結(jié)論賽拉嗪聯(lián)合右美托咪定在用于建立比格犬脊髓損傷模型中,具有呼吸抑制輕、鎮(zhèn)靜效果好和減少麻醉藥物用量等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the anesthetic effect of seprazine combined with dexmetomide on the establishment of Spinal Cord injury Model in Beagle Dogs. Methods Thirty purebred female Beagle dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups: group S, group S, and group D, respectively. After basic anesthesia, the first intramuscular injection of Syrazine 0.08 mL / kg was performed in group S, and the initial dose of 1/3 mg / kg was continuously added during the operation. Group D received continuous intravenous injection of dexmetomidine 2 渭 g / kg 路hm-1 / kg / kg after basic anesthesia. Group D was given continuous intravenous injection of dexmetidine 2 渭 g / kg / kg / h after basic anesthesia, followed by continuous intravenous injection of 2 渭 g / kg / kg of dexamethiadine. Dexmetomidine 0.5 渭 g / kg 路hm-1 / h was injected intramuscularly every 30 minutes, and Secrazine 0.02 mL / kg / kg was injected intramuscularly. The heart rate (HRR), respiratory rate (RRN) Ramsay score were measured at 30 min after operation, 30 min after operation, 30 min after operation, 30 min before operation and 30 min after operation. Results compared with group S and group D, the dosage of ceprazine and dexmetidine decreased by 1/2 and 1 / 4, respectively, while the respiratory rate and heart rate did not change significantly, and the sedative effect was better than that of group S. Conclusion Syrazine combined with dexmetidine in the establishment of Spinal Cord injury model of Beagle dog has the advantages of mild respiratory inhibition, good sedative effect and reducing the amount of anesthetic.
