腹壁下動(dòng)脈后鞘穿支腹膜瓣的應(yīng)用解剖學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用Mimics及CT配套工作站,三維構(gòu)建以后鞘腹膜瓣為特色的腹壁下動(dòng)脈血管體,為以腹壁下動(dòng)脈為蒂的多類型組織瓣的臨床應(yīng)用提供形態(tài)學(xué)資料。方法 5具新鮮成人尸體標(biāo)本行全身一次性明膠/乳膠-氧化鉛動(dòng)脈灌注:1 64排螺旋CT掃描,數(shù)據(jù)在Mimics工作站及CT配套的工作站分別進(jìn)行三維建模與分析。2截取腹前壁標(biāo)本行層次解剖及X線攝片。結(jié)果腹壁下動(dòng)脈走行過程中分出后鞘腹膜支、肌支、外側(cè)支以及肌皮穿支。有3支外徑≥0.5 mm的后鞘腹膜支,分別與肌支、肌皮穿支共干。結(jié)論以腹壁下動(dòng)脈為蒂可制備后鞘腹膜瓣、肌瓣、皮瓣,及復(fù)合組織瓣,修復(fù)人體多處多種類型的復(fù)雜缺損,尤其適用于口腔頜面部洞穿性缺損的修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the vascular body of the inferior abdominal artery of the posterior sheath peritoneal flap by using Mimics and CT workstation. Methods 5 fresh adult cadavers were scanned with one-off gelatin / latex / lead oxide artery perfusion with 1 64 slice spiral CT scan for clinical application of multiple types of tissue flap pedicled with inferior abdominal artery. The data were modeled and analyzed in Mimics workstation and CT workstation respectively. 2 the specimens of anterior abdominal wall were taken for hierarchical anatomy and X-ray. Results the branches of posterior sheath peritoneum and muscle branch were separated during the course of inferior abdominal artery. The lateral branch and the perforating branch of musculocutaneous.
