【摘要】：下肢缺血動物模型是了解臨床肢體缺血疾病病理生理發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程以及探索其治療手段的重要措施,而建立和選取適當(dāng)?shù)膭游锬Ｐ褪茄芯肯轮毖约膊〉幕A(chǔ)。近年來,隨著各種新技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),下肢缺血動物模型制作體系也進(jìn)一步得到了完善。本文將對各種缺血模型及其特點進(jìn)行總結(jié),便于后續(xù)研究根據(jù)不同實驗要求來選擇適當(dāng)?shù)膭游锬Ｐ吞峁┮欢ㄒ罁?jù)。
[Abstract]:The animal model of lower extremity ischemia is an important measure to understand the pathophysiology occurrence, development and treatment of ischemic diseases of the lower extremities, and the establishment and selection of appropriate animal models is the basis of the study of ischemic diseases of the lower extremities in recent years. With the emergence of various new technologies, the animal model making system of lower limb ischemia has been further improved. It is convenient for further research to select appropriate animal models according to different experimental requirements.
