MicroRNA研究熱點(diǎn)的分析

【摘要】:鑒于microRNA廣泛參與發(fā)育、病毒防御、造血過(guò)程、器官形成、細(xì)胞增殖和凋亡、脂肪代謝等過(guò)程的調(diào)控,與生物的生長(zhǎng)、發(fā)育及各種疾病進(jìn)程尤其與癌癥密切相關(guān),對(duì)microRNA研究熱點(diǎn)開展分析具有重要意義。 本論文運(yùn)用定量和定性相結(jié)合的研究方法,確定microRNA研究熱點(diǎn),并對(duì)研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入分析,以了解microRNA研究熱點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)狀,為科研人員和相關(guān)決策制定者提供參考信息。確定的nicroRNA研究熱點(diǎn)包括:microRNA研究種類及其調(diào)控通路、疾病類別及診斷和治療、microRNA的治療應(yīng)用、microRNA與干細(xì)胞研究、nicroRNA相關(guān)研究技術(shù)。 通過(guò)對(duì)研究熱點(diǎn)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),miR-21、let-7和miR-155是重點(diǎn)研究的microRNA種類;腫瘤是nicroRNA相關(guān)疾病研究的主要內(nèi)容,相關(guān)腫瘤研究主要集中于乳腺癌、肺腫瘤、肝癌、前列腺癌和白血。环悄[瘤疾病的研究以心血管疾病和代謝性疾病為主要內(nèi)容;胚胎干細(xì)胞、IPS細(xì)胞和腫瘤干細(xì)胞是microRNA研究中最常見干細(xì)胞種類;microRNA常作為疾病尤其是腫瘤診斷的分子標(biāo)志物;microRNA和寡核苷酸類最常應(yīng)用于預(yù)防和治療疾。籱icroRNA相關(guān)的研究技術(shù)以調(diào)查和診斷技術(shù)為主,治療相關(guān)技術(shù)涉及較少。 基于microRNA研究熱點(diǎn)的分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合目前我國(guó)在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的一些研究現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為未來(lái)microRNA的發(fā)展將呈現(xiàn)以下特點(diǎn):microRNA調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及同其它調(diào)控因子網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整合是未來(lái)研究的重點(diǎn);microRNA研究可為腫瘤等疾病的診斷和治療提供新策略:乳腺癌等腫瘤研究應(yīng)注重向臨床轉(zhuǎn)化;microRNA種類間的共現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)或有助于識(shí)別其調(diào)控通路;microRNA研究有助于解決干細(xì)胞應(yīng)用中存在的瓶頸問(wèn)題;我國(guó)microRNA的相關(guān)研究應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)論文質(zhì)量和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Since microRNA is widely involved in the regulation of development, virus defense, hematopoiesis, organ formation, cell proliferation and apoptosis, fat metabolism and so on, it is closely related to biological growth, development and various disease processes, especially cancer. It is of great significance to analyze the hot spots of microRNA research. In this paper, the quantitative and qualitative research methods are used to determine the hot spots of microRNA research, and the research hotspots are analyzed in order to understand the current situation of microRNA research hotspots. To provide reference information for researchers and relevant decision makers. The research hotspots of nicroRNA include the types of microRNAs and their regulatory pathways, the types of diseases and the therapeutic application of microRNAs for diagnosis and treatment. It was found that miR-21 let-7 and miR-155 were the main types of microRNA, tumor was the main content of nicroRNA related diseases, and the related tumor research was mainly focused on breast cancer, lung tumor, liver cancer, prostate cancer and leukemia. Cardiovascular disease and metabolic disease are the main contents in the study of non-tumor diseases. Embryonic stem cell IPS cells and tumor stem cells are the most common stem cell types in microRNA studies. MicroRNAs are often used as molecular markers for the diagnosis of diseases, especially tumors. MicroRNAs and oligonucleotides are most commonly used in the prevention and treatment of diseases related to microRNAs. The main techniques are investigation and diagnosis. Treatment-related techniques are less involved. Based on the analysis results of microRNA research hot spots, combined with some current research status and problems in the field of medicine in China, It is believed that the future development of microRNA will be characterized by the following characteristics: microRNA regulatory network and integration with other regulatory factor networks are the key points of future research. MicroRNA research can provide new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and other diseases: breast cancer and other tumors. The research should focus on the coexisting network between microRNA types or help to identify its regulatory pathways. The study of microRNA can help to solve the bottleneck problems in stem cell application. Our country microRNA related research should emphasize the thesis quality and the team cooperation consciousness.
