【摘要】：正胎盤生長因子(placenta growth factor,PLGF)屬于血管內(nèi)皮生長因子家族一種[1],主要存在于胎盤、心臟和肺臟。近年來其一直成為多學(xué)科研究熱點(diǎn),在促進(jìn)血管生成,調(diào)節(jié)滋養(yǎng)細(xì)胞功能,加快缺血疾病進(jìn)程及促進(jìn)腫瘤生長等方面的發(fā)病機(jī)制提供新的思路。本文就PLGF在臨床疾病相關(guān)作用研究以予綜述。1.胎盤生長因子的理化特性PLGF屬于血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)家族一種,PLGF為一種分泌型同型二聚體糖蛋白,相對分子質(zhì)量為29×103,最初于1991年在人類的胎盤cD NA中發(fā)現(xiàn)[1],人類的PLGF基因位于14q24-q31,由于
[Abstract]:Positive placenta growth factorial growth factor (PLGF) belongs to the vascular endothelial growth factor family [1], which mainly exists in the placenta, heart and lung. In recent years, it has been a multi-disciplinary research hotspot in promoting angiogenesis and regulating the function of trophoblastic cells. Accelerating the progression of ischemic disease and promoting tumor growth provide new ideas. This article reviews the role of PLGF in clinical diseases. 1.Physicochemical properties of placental growth factor PLGF belong to vascular endothelial growth. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family is a secretory homodimer glycoprotein. The relative molecular weight is 29 脳 103. It was first found in human placenta cdna in 1991. The human PLGF gene is located at 14q24-q31.
