【摘要】：目的觀察甲強龍聯(lián)合脂多糖誘導兔股骨頭壞死的實驗效果。方法 30只健康雄性新西蘭兔,隨機分為實驗組(20只)和對照組(10只),實驗組耳緣靜脈注射脂多糖(lipopolysaccharides,LPS)10μg/kg,24 h后肌注甲強龍20 mg/kg,1次/d,共3 d。對照組注射同等劑量的生理鹽水。6周后觀察兔股骨頭X射線、磁共振及病理學等指標的改變。結(jié)果對照組X線:雙側(cè)股骨頭骨皮質(zhì)完整,大小及形態(tài)正常,骨密度均勻,骨小梁清晰;實驗組X線:兔股骨頭密度減低,骨小梁模糊不清,可見一囊狀透亮區(qū),股骨頭保持完整;MRI示:股骨頭見一類圓形高信號影,邊界相對清晰,關(guān)節(jié)面完整;病理:骨小梁纖細,部分骨小梁斷裂,髓腔內(nèi)造血細胞減少,脂肪細胞體積增大,有的融合成泡狀。結(jié)論甲強龍聯(lián)合脂多糖能夠成功安全便捷地誘導兔股骨頭壞死動物模型。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of methylenolone combined with lipopolysaccharide on femoral head necrosis in rabbits. The experimental group (n = 20) and the control group (n = 10) were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 10) and the control group (n = 10) were injected intravenously with lipopolysaccharide polysaccharide and lipopolysaccharide lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 10 渭 g 路kg ~ (-1) L ~ (-1) for 24 h after intramuscular injection of mestrone 20 mg 路kg ~ (-1) per day for 3 days. The control group was injected with the same dose of physiological saline for 6 weeks. Results in the control group, the bone cortex was intact, the size and shape were normal, the bone density was uniform, the trabecular bone was clear in the control group, and the density of the femoral head in the experimental group was decreased, and the trabecular bone was blurred. A clear cystic area with intact femoral head was observed on MRI: a class of circular hyperintense images were seen in femoral head, the boundary was relatively clear, and the articular surface was intact, pathology showed that trabeculae were slender, some trabeculae were broken, and hematopoietic cells in medullary cavity were decreased. Conclusion Methylenolone combined with lipopolysaccharide can successfully and safely induce rabbit model of femoral head necrosis.
