【摘要】：正封固也叫封片,是制做常規(guī)組織切片標(biāo)準(zhǔn)步驟的最后一道工序~([1]),封片的過程是將染色好的切片用封固劑封固起來,即把蓋玻片與載玻片用封固劑粘合在一起。切片完全干燥的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是在用兩手指較用力搓時(shí),蓋玻片與載玻片間不應(yīng)有滑動(dòng)。此后可將切片豎立,前后疊放,相互不會(huì)粘連。目前
