微小巴貝斯蟲烯醇化酶蛋白主要特征與抗原表位的生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:目的運(yùn)用生物信息學(xué)方法分析微小巴貝斯蟲烯醇化酶(BmEno)基因編碼蛋白的主要特征和抗原表位。方法運(yùn)用ORF Finder、PROSITE、ProtPar am、SignalP、TMpred、SOSUI、MotifScan、Bcepred、HNN等生物信息學(xué)在線分析軟件,結(jié)合DNASTAR生物信息學(xué)分析軟件,預(yù)測(cè)BmEno蛋白的開放閱讀框、特征結(jié)構(gòu)域、理化性質(zhì)、信號(hào)肽、跨膜區(qū)、翻譯后修飾位點(diǎn)、可溶性、親水性、表面可及性、二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)和抗原表位。結(jié)果該蛋白由438個(gè)氨基酸組成,在349-362位存在烯醇化酶的特征結(jié)構(gòu)域,分子式為C_(2098)H_(3366)N_(570)O_(648)S_(18),分子質(zhì)量單位為47.5203ku,等電點(diǎn)理論值為5.98,有25個(gè)翻譯后修飾位點(diǎn),10個(gè)親水性參數(shù)得分≥1.9的區(qū)域,6個(gè)柔韌性參數(shù)得分≥2.0的區(qū)域,18個(gè)表面可及性參數(shù)得分≥1.9的區(qū)域,7個(gè)潛在的B細(xì)胞抗原表位,15個(gè)潛在的T細(xì)胞抗原表位,為可溶性蛋白。結(jié)論微小巴貝斯蟲烯醇化酶蛋白為可溶性蛋白,有多個(gè)抗原表位,具有潛在的免疫原性,可以作為微小巴貝斯蟲的疫苗候選抗原。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the main characteristics and antigenic epitopes of BmEnogene encoding protein by bioinformatics. Methods ORF Findern proside was used. The bioinformatics online analysis software, such as ProtPar signal Pnn TMpredl, motif Scann BcepredHNN and so on, is used to analyze bioinformatics on line. Combined with DNASTAR bioinformatics software, the open reading frame, characteristic domain, physicochemical properties, signal peptide, transmembrane region, post-translational modification site, soluble and hydrophilic of BmEno protein were predicted. Results the protein was composed of 438 amino acids and had the characteristic domain of enolase at 349-362. The molecular formula is C / T / 2098H / C / C / C / C / T / T / T / T / T / T / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C / C. There were 25 post-translational modification sites, 10 areas with hydrophilic parameter score 鈮,
