【摘要】:第1、2鰓弓是胚胎發(fā)育過(guò)程中的重要結(jié)構(gòu),可分化為顱面骨骼、耳等結(jié)構(gòu)。鰓弓發(fā)育異?蓪(dǎo)致斑馬魚、大鼠等動(dòng)物產(chǎn)生顱面、耳等結(jié)構(gòu)畸形。Forkhead(Fox)蛋白家族是胚胎發(fā)育過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)錄因子,該家族中Foxi在胚胎內(nèi)外胚層的不同時(shí)期有相應(yīng)程度的表達(dá),foxi1基因突變斑馬魚存在顎骨、耳板缺失及鰓弓神經(jīng)嵴細(xì)胞凋亡增加等異常,Foxi1突變大鼠、狗等動(dòng)物中也有相似異常。Foxi蛋白可能通過(guò)先驅(qū)因子作用調(diào)節(jié)早期胚胎發(fā)育過(guò)程中相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),影響整個(gè)胚胎顱面結(jié)構(gòu)的形成。
[Abstract]:The first, second branchial arch is an important structure in the process of embryonic development, which can be divided into craniofacial and ear structures. The abnormal development of the branchial arch can lead to the structural malformation of the craniofacial and ear, such as zebrafish and rat. Forkhead (Fox) protein family is a key transcription factor in the process of embryonic development, the Foxi family has the corresponding degree of expression in different periods of embryonic ectental, mutation of foxi1 gene in zebrafish has jaws, ear plate deletion and branchial arch neural crest cell apoptosis and abnormal Foxi1 mutation, rats, dogs and other animal also a similar anomaly. Foxi protein may regulate the expression of related genes during the development of early embryo through the action of precursor factor, which affects the formation of the whole embryo craniofacial structure.
