【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)廣播依托互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)將內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)移到網(wǎng)絡(luò),突破了時空的限制,實現(xiàn)了變身,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)同時催生出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺,獲得越來越多用戶的認可,給傳統(tǒng)廣播帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展與普及,大大影響了聽眾的收聽行為和使用習(xí)慣,也影響到網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺與傳統(tǒng)廣播與在聲音市場的競合格局與用戶選擇。用戶的數(shù)量、使用體驗和忠實程度是網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺發(fā)展前景的重要依據(jù),對網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺用戶使用行為的研究可以掌握網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺的傳播與發(fā)展,幫助網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、提升用戶體驗、增加用戶粘性、擴大市場占有、搶占廣告份額。本課題選取南京在校大學(xué)生為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查和個人訪談相結(jié)合的方法,了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺用戶的基本屬性、接觸行為、使用滿意度和忠誠度,并結(jié)合傳播學(xué)中相關(guān)的受眾理論等,對網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺用戶的使用行為進行實證研究,從而為包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)電臺和傳統(tǒng)廣播在內(nèi)的電臺媒體在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"背景下的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展提出有價值的發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Traditional broadcasting relies on Internet technology to transfer the content to the network, breaks through the restriction of time and space, realizes the change of body and realizes the Internet radio network at the same time, gets more and more users' recognition, brings challenges to the traditional broadcasting. The development and popularization of the mobile Internet greatly influence the audience's listening behavior and use habits, and also influence the audience's listening behavior and use. The number of users, the use experience and the degree of loyalty are the important basis for the development of network radio. The research on the behavior of network radio users can master the transmission and development of the network radio, help the network radio improve the quality of the product and improve the user. This topic selects college students in Nanjing as the research object, and uses the method of questionnaire survey and personal interview to understand the basic attributes, contact behavior, satisfaction and loyalty of Internet radio users, and combine the related audience theory in communication, and so on. The use of network radio users is an empirical study, which provides a valuable development strategy for the healthy and sustained development of radio media, including network radio and traditional radio, in the context of "Internet +".
