【摘要】：郭沫若是中國(guó)翻譯史上一位極負(fù)盛名的翻譯家。他的翻譯活動(dòng)時(shí)間跨度長(zhǎng),前后持續(xù)了近半個(gè)世紀(jì)。他傾注大量心血譯介了眾多小說(shuō)、詩(shī)歌、戲劇等作品。其翻譯風(fēng)格獨(dú)特,自成一體,在現(xiàn)代文壇上影響巨大,在中外文化交流中也起到了舉足輕重的作用。就郭沫若在翻譯界所取得的成就以及對(duì)中國(guó)翻譯界、文學(xué)界乃至當(dāng)時(shí)整個(gè)社會(huì)所產(chǎn)生的影響來(lái)說(shuō),對(duì)郭沫若翻譯活動(dòng)的研究非常具有學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。翻譯研究“文化轉(zhuǎn)向”后,西方翻譯研究突破了語(yǔ)言學(xué)的藩籬,進(jìn)入了文化研究的新領(lǐng)域。安德烈·勒菲弗爾作為翻譯研究文化學(xué)派的代表人物之一,提出了著名的操控理論。勒菲弗爾在廣闊的社會(huì)文化語(yǔ)境中考察翻譯活動(dòng),強(qiáng)調(diào)意識(shí)形態(tài)、主流詩(shī)學(xué)和文化等因素對(duì)翻譯的影響。本文為描述性研究,以操控論、社會(huì)文化、語(yǔ)言、多元系統(tǒng)等為視角,討論郭沫若的翻譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng),及其形成的背景和所帶來(lái)的影響。首先,本研究對(duì)郭沫若翻譯實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了歷時(shí)研究,把郭沫若的翻譯實(shí)踐分為四個(gè)階段。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),郭沫若翻譯時(shí)間跨度長(zhǎng),數(shù)量多,影響大。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)其翻譯活動(dòng)主要集中在20世紀(jì)二三十年代。然后,以勒菲弗爾的操控論為視角,詳細(xì)論述了詩(shī)學(xué)和意識(shí)形態(tài)對(duì)郭沫若翻譯實(shí)踐的操控。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一方面,郭沫若獨(dú)特的翻譯風(fēng)格受他本人詩(shī)學(xué)和當(dāng)時(shí)主流詩(shī)學(xué)的影響；另一方面,郭沫若翻譯活動(dòng)有助于中國(guó)新詩(shī)學(xué)的建構(gòu)。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)時(shí)的主流意識(shí)形態(tài)和郭沫若自己的意識(shí)形態(tài)都影響了郭沫若的翻譯目的,翻譯材料的選擇及翻譯策略。最后,本研究詳細(xì)分析了郭沫若翻譯實(shí)踐帶來(lái)的影響。本文不僅介紹了郭沫若翻譯活動(dòng)對(duì)其自身世界觀轉(zhuǎn)變的影響和對(duì)其新詩(shī)創(chuàng)作的影響,還論述了其翻譯活動(dòng)對(duì)外國(guó)文學(xué)在中國(guó)傳播的影響與貢獻(xiàn),充分展示了郭沫若翻譯實(shí)踐研究的意義與價(jià)值。總而言之,本文有助于讀者對(duì)翻譯家郭沫若有一個(gè)更全面更清晰的了解,也有助于更好地指導(dǎo)后人的翻譯實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
