模糊限制語廣泛應(yīng)用于口頭交流和書面交流中,其所具有不能被精確語言所取代的獨特特征,使越來越多人喜歡使用模糊限制語來傳遞信息。恰當?shù)厥褂媚：拗普Z可以增強語言交際效果,使語言表達更客觀、準確、有禮貌,從而有助于交際雙方保持良好的人際關(guān)系并成功實現(xiàn)交際目標。近年來對模糊限制語的研究成為熱點,但是有關(guān)醫(yī)院這一特定環(huán)境中醫(yī)生和病人之間使用模糊限制語的研究相對較少。當今社會醫(yī)生和病人之間由于語言的誤用而產(chǎn)生的沖突時有發(fā)生,致使醫(yī)患關(guān)系相當緊張,也影響到疾病的治療效果。本論文探究醫(yī)生和病人在交際中使用模糊限制語的情況,通過使用語用原則來分析模糊限制語的使用,來討論模糊限制語是否是一種有效的交際策略,并能避免醫(yī)患雙方的誤解,從而順利完成醫(yī)療診斷過程。本論文主要研究了下面四個問題: 1)醫(yī)生和病人使用的模糊限制語是否存在相似與差異?如何表現(xiàn)以及為什么? 2)中國醫(yī)患對話中模糊限制語具有哪些功能? 3)中國醫(yī)患對話中每類模糊限制語使用的頻率是多少? 4)在中國醫(yī)患對話中,是否不論醫(yī)生和病人,在模糊限制語使用上都是女性使用較多?如何表現(xiàn)以及為什么? 在收集的洛陽市第一人民醫(yī)院錄音及問卷材料的基礎(chǔ)上使用合作...
