口譯是一種跨文化的交際活動,但口譯并非只是簡單的語言符號之間的轉(zhuǎn)換。在諸多影響口譯質(zhì)量的因素中,語境在口譯過程中扮演著十分重要的角色。語言是人們的交際工具,并且人們的一切語言交際活動總是在一定的交際環(huán)境中進行的。語境既包括語言因素,如書面語言的上下文、口語中的前言后語等,也包括非語言因素,如交際的時間、地點、場合、時代、交際對象以及社會、文化背景、自然環(huán)境等。而口譯中語境的作用也一直是中外學者研究的焦點。 通過對吉爾序列模式的研究,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)這一模式提供了一個新的角度來探索口譯過程以及影響口譯質(zhì)量的諸多因素。其中提到的幾個重要概念引發(fā)了作者對口譯過程的新的認識。吉爾在序列模式中指出意義猜想主要是由譯者的知識基礎決定的,但是知識基礎的不同,也可能造成意義猜想的不同,根據(jù)這一觀點,作者產(chǎn)生了結合吉爾的序列模式,對語境的功能進行探索的想法,并對語境在口譯中的作用進行分析。 語境是進行意義猜想的一個重要工具。本文結合吉爾序列模式,以海峽兩岸口譯大賽上各選手的表現(xiàn)為例,對語境在口譯過程中的作用進行分析。 在吉爾序列模式的指導下,結合對口譯案例的分析,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)語境在口譯中能幫助譯者有效地的進行意義猜...
