無論是在語言學(xué)界還是翻譯界,文化預(yù)設(shè)已經(jīng)不是一個(gè)新名詞了。它自出現(xiàn)以來就引起了激烈的爭論。文化預(yù)設(shè)是指人們?cè)谖幕纤碛械碾[含的假設(shè),信念和觀點(diǎn),無需描述或解釋。也就是說是指說話人與聽話人之間不同的文化背景,或者是建立在不同的社會(huì)團(tuán)體成員的生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上的特定的觀念。缺乏對(duì)雙方不同文化預(yù)設(shè)的了解,將會(huì)對(duì)雙方的成功交際造成障礙。因此對(duì)文化預(yù)設(shè)缺乏正確的理解不可避免的將會(huì)導(dǎo)致文化誤譯、翻譯欠缺和翻譯過度。然而在跨文化交際過程中文化預(yù)設(shè)所帶來的困難及其應(yīng)采取的翻譯策略并未得到很好的解釋,這一領(lǐng)域仍有廣闊的研究空間。 在國際交流日益頻繁的今天,文化因素成為了影響翻譯研究的一個(gè)很重要的因素。尤其是自從翻譯研究的文化轉(zhuǎn)向以來,文化因素更加日益成為翻譯研究中影響頗深的重要因子。對(duì)文化預(yù)設(shè)的準(zhǔn)確把握,了解和認(rèn)知有助于幫助譯者透徹理解原文靈活處理原語的文化預(yù)設(shè),縮短兩種語言文化的距離。然而在實(shí)際的翻譯過程中,處于不同文化大背景下的譯者會(huì)不自覺的地以各自的社會(huì)意識(shí)或群體意識(shí)解釋或理解不同文化中的同一文化現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致了理解的障礙和困難。作為譯者應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)確把握原文信息,把原文作者想要傳達(dá)給讀者的信息正確的傳達(dá)出來...
