【摘要】： 隨著改革開放的不斷深化,經濟的快速發(fā)展,中國如今要比以往任何時候都更加吸引全世界的目光。越來越多的中國產品打入了國際市場,在滿足國內消費者的同時也滿足了國外消費者的多方面需求。作為中華傳統(tǒng)文化的瑰寶,中草藥一直是中國產品和文化中不可或缺的組成部分。近年來,中藥引起了全世界的關注和興趣。中藥潛在的國際市場巨大,發(fā)展前景廣闊。作為藥品的重要附件,藥品說明書引起了人們越來越多的關注,對出口藥品來說,焦點就集中在藥品說明書的翻譯質量上。然而,目前許多藥品說明書的翻譯質量仍然不能令人滿意,既影響了產品的良好形象,也影響了產品的出口銷售。 藥品說明書翻譯的難點主要在于源語和目的語的語言和文化差異。作為一種特殊的科技語言,中英文藥品說明書均具有獨特的語言風格、文本形式、專業(yè)(醫(yī)學)知識和文化背景,值得深入系統(tǒng)地加以分析、研究。 本文作者運用奈達的功能對等理論對藥品說明書的翻譯加以研究,找出英語平行文本的主要語言特點,分析藥品說明書翻譯中出現(xiàn)的各類問題,歸納了一些力求使譯文與原文實現(xiàn)功能對等、信息傳真,同時在語言上又簡潔易懂、清晰自然的翻譯方法,以期為藥品說明書的翻譯工作者提供一些翻譯理論與實踐方面的指導。 全文分為六章,第一章簡要介紹了藥品說明書的重要性以及本研究的意義和方法;第二章回顧了國內外不同學者對于藥品說明書翻譯的觀點和論述,介紹了奈達的功能對等理論和紐馬克的功能理論;第三章詳細分析了原版英文說明書的語言、結構等方面的特點,作為中文藥品說明書翻譯參考的重要依據;第四章針對中文藥品說明書翻譯中出現(xiàn)的問題進行了分析和探討;第五章提出了以奈達的功能對等理論為指導的藥品說明書的翻譯技巧和策略,著重從詞匯、句法和語篇等層面上舉例分析。第六章對全文作了簡要的總結,并指出了本論文研究的不足和今后進一步研究的方向。
