醫(yī)患會話作為醫(yī)療實踐中的要素,正越來越多地吸引著社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)及語言學(xué)領(lǐng)域的廣泛關(guān)注。然而,有關(guān)醫(yī)患會話的人際方面的研究并不多,而醫(yī)患關(guān)系卻是最為復(fù)雜的人際關(guān)系之一。由于醫(yī)生的主導(dǎo)性地位,其以問句為主的話語所傳達(dá)的人際意義的確值得更多的研究。結(jié)合功能語法及對醫(yī)生問句的研究,本文主要探討如下問題：（1）功能語法是否適用于分析漢語語境中的醫(yī)患會話?（2）醫(yī)生問句的人際功能是如何通過語氣和情態(tài)系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的?通過對語料數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的定性分析后,本文得到了以下結(jié)論：（1）功能語法經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整同樣適用于漢語語境下的醫(yī)患會話。（2）在語氣中,問句的人際功能主要是通過疑問語氣中的特指問句、是非問句和選擇問句實現(xiàn)的。在情態(tài)系統(tǒng)中則由能愿動詞、情態(tài)附加語和情態(tài)隱喻體現(xiàn)。（3）語氣中,特指問句因為交流性更強,因而比其他類型負(fù)載了更強的人際功能。（4）由于醫(yī)患權(quán)力本身的不平等,在醫(yī)生問句中,情態(tài)系統(tǒng)中的意態(tài)承載的人際功能不及情態(tài)。本文共包括五章。第一章是對文章的總體介紹,涵蓋了研究背景、研究目的和意義,及研究方法。第二章綜述了對醫(yī)患溝通、問句及人際功能的現(xiàn)有研究,并提出研究問題。第三章是全文的理論基礎(chǔ)。第四章...
