基于語料庫的中文房地產(chǎn)文本的意義及態(tài)度研究

本文基于自建語料庫,旨在探索中文房地產(chǎn)文本中所隱含的意義和態(tài)度。受批評語篇分析的啟發(fā),本文從三個層面對房地產(chǎn)文本進(jìn)行研究,即語言形式的描述、話語行為的分析和社會學(xué)角度的解釋。在微觀層面上,對文本數(shù)據(jù)的描述和分析主要集中在對四組房地產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵詞的搭配研究和對四個子語料庫話語特點(diǎn)的分析。在宏觀層面上,本文則從社會學(xué)的角度對微觀層面上得到的相應(yīng)數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行解釋。通過以上三個層面的分析,本研究的主要發(fā)現(xiàn)如下:1.本文通過關(guān)鍵詞分析,選取了四組房地產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵詞,分別屬于四個語義組:“價(jià)格”語義組、“政府”語義組、“房地產(chǎn)商”組以及“購房者”組。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),每個關(guān)鍵詞都趨向與特定的搭配詞共現(xiàn),這種共現(xiàn)對關(guān)鍵詞意義的構(gòu)建起到重要的作用。房地產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵詞的語義趨向和語義韻呈現(xiàn)出復(fù)雜甚至是矛盾的解讀,表明房地產(chǎn)話語社團(tuán)的各類成員以自身利益為出發(fā)點(diǎn)參與到詞語意義的建構(gòu)中。2.本文根據(jù)文本作者的身份搜集了四類文本,分別為:政府部門頒布的文件及聲明、主要報(bào)紙和網(wǎng)站發(fā)布的新聞、房地產(chǎn)專業(yè)人士撰寫的博客文章以及網(wǎng)民在網(wǎng)絡(luò)論壇上發(fā)布的文章。對比研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這四類文本具有各自的詞匯特點(diǎn)和話語策略,從而表達(dá)了不同利益群體的態(tài)度并在話語...
