隱喻在兩千多年的傳統(tǒng)里被認(rèn)為是語言問題,因而吸引了眾多修辭學(xué)家和文學(xué)批評家。亞里士多德的觀點隱喻是屬于其它事物的名稱賦予某物。由此出發(fā),隱喻被認(rèn)為在本質(zhì)上是裝飾性的,是游離于『F常語言系統(tǒng)之外的一系列特異的或比喻性的語言表達(dá)式。從萊考夫和約翰遜1980年出版的《生活離不丌隱喻》我們丌始認(rèn)識到認(rèn)知科學(xué)和認(rèn)知語言學(xué),隱喻在同常生活中無處不在,不僅在語言‘中,而且在我們的思想和行為中都是這樣。復(fù)雜和抽象的內(nèi)容被理解的更見簡單和具體。最近的研究就是文化相似性與差異性方面：一些隱喻能在許多語吉‘中找到,而一些語言有特殊。認(rèn)知語言學(xué)認(rèn)為隱喻應(yīng)該是一種思維方式。認(rèn)知語言學(xué)里的隱喻實際上是指概念隱喻。概念隱喻借助于具體的概念來讓我們理解相對抽象的概念。情感隱喻最能體現(xiàn)隱喻受制于人類的身體經(jīng)驗的觀點。情感通常用語言來表達(dá)。由于情感難以琢磨,抽象的概念大部分都是通過不同的隱喻來表達(dá)�；谝陨弦蛩�,本文以情感概念隱喻作為研究課題,本文對英漢罩的情感隱喻“恐懼”進(jìn)行了研究,試圖探討共同的經(jīng)驗和文化差異是怎樣影響情感隱喻“恐懼”在英漢旱的建構(gòu),同時也期待能強(qiáng)化有關(guān)情感隱喻的一些基本觀點以及認(rèn)知語言學(xué)的經(jīng)驗觀。選...
