從語力角度探討公司使命宣言的寫作策略

本文以世界500強企業(yè)的使命宣言為研究對象,通過定性和定量分析,并開拓性地結(jié)合語力理論,為企業(yè)使命宣言的撰寫提供了一些行之有效的策略和評價方法。使命宣言用簡潔的話語描繪出一個企業(yè)的核心理念和長遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)。它們?yōu)槠髽I(yè)的決策者提供導(dǎo)向,為員工提出行為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也為客戶提供了了解公司的捷徑。沒有它一個企業(yè)將會失去方向,缺少導(dǎo)向。然而作為一種言語行為,企業(yè)宣言又扮演著怎樣的角色呢?根據(jù)賽爾的分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn),本文逐條分析每一則宣言,通過探查這些宣言的言外目的,適從向和心理狀態(tài),發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)宣言應(yīng)被劃分為承諾行為。因而,每一則宣言都相當(dāng)于企業(yè)對其員工、客戶、股東(聽話人)做出的承諾。基于該論點,本文對賽爾的合適條件做出了適當(dāng)調(diào)整,建立了企業(yè)宣言評價模式,并作為本文的研究工具,評選滿足合適條件的使命宣言。通過觀察由評價模式選出的54則宣言,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)它們共同采用的言外之力指示手段,例如,現(xiàn)在時,動詞不定時,陳述語氣的使用。這些樸實無華的指示手段增強了使命宣言作為一種承諾行為的語力,即承諾的可信度。參考這些指示手段,本文提出了五點寫作策略。如,動詞不定式,第一人稱代詞的使用等。本文著重描繪論述過程以及這些策略的理論基礎(chǔ),...
