言語(yǔ)行為的研究是跨文化語(yǔ)用學(xué)的重要課題之一。當(dāng)中關(guān)于中西文化規(guī)范下的請(qǐng)求、道歉、恭維等言語(yǔ)行為的對(duì)比研究不勝枚舉,并且產(chǎn)生了大量的研究成果。相比之下,批評(píng)作為日常生活中常見(jiàn)的言語(yǔ)行為便存在著很大的研究空間與研究?jī)r(jià)值,尤其是具體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流中的批評(píng)言語(yǔ)行為�；谔囟ㄑ哉Z(yǔ)行為反映特定文化的觀點(diǎn),本文從跨文化語(yǔ)用學(xué)的角度對(duì)中美時(shí)事網(wǎng)頁(yè)中的批評(píng)言語(yǔ)行為進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,并嘗試探討兩組行為背后所反映的主要的中美文化規(guī)范。論文以言語(yǔ)行為理論、面子論、以及文化可變性維度為基礎(chǔ),分析鳳凰時(shí)事評(píng)論、中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)、大洋新聞、騰訊新聞、華盛頓郵報(bào)、美國(guó)新聞與世界報(bào)道、紐約時(shí)報(bào)的網(wǎng)站中,關(guān)于2009年國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的時(shí)政報(bào)道的共480條讀者的批評(píng)留言。研究用頻率對(duì)比和卡方檢驗(yàn)的方式顯示兩組留言在使用批評(píng)策略上的異同,并探討兩者在不同類型的情景語(yǔ)境下語(yǔ)用偏好的變化情況。根據(jù)卡方檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果χ2（19,0.000）=57.016>χ2（19,0.05）=30.14,中美時(shí)事網(wǎng)頁(yè)中兩國(guó)讀者的批評(píng)言語(yǔ)行為存在顯著性差異。而進(jìn)一步的檢驗(yàn)分析顯示顯著性體現(xiàn)在部分批評(píng)策略的使用上。此外,在情景語(yǔ)境類型變化（即不同類型的時(shí)事主題、社會(huì)距...
