現(xiàn)實考慮與民族認同下的蒙語教育政策及其效果分析

【摘要】:由于復(fù)雜的歷史進程原因,我國形成了五十六個民族在這片土地上以大雜居、小聚居的形式共同生存的現(xiàn)實。近年來,隨著我國社會現(xiàn)代化進程的不斷加快,現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)明和應(yīng)用不僅帶來了經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,同樣也給生活在不同地域的各個民族之間的交流提供了便利。產(chǎn)生于不同地域不同時空的不同文化在各個領(lǐng)域?qū)用娴慕涣骱蛯ψ伯a(chǎn)生了一系列的現(xiàn)實社會問題。蒙語作為我國少數(shù)民族語言的一種,其背后所承載的是源遠流長的蒙古族游牧文化。同其他少數(shù)民族語言一樣,蒙語在現(xiàn)如今的生存和發(fā)展也正面臨著占我國人口絕大多數(shù)的漢族所使用的國內(nèi)通用語——漢語的沖擊。如何在保障民族交融的前提下保護好蒙語的使用和傳承,避免蒙語在不遠的將來處于瀕危消失的危險處境,正是由民族融合而產(chǎn)生的現(xiàn)實問題之一。盡管內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)政府在出臺的相關(guān)政策中明確了對蒙語教育的保護措施,但仍不能遏制近年來蒙語教育生源逐漸減少的趨勢。本文將從蒙古族群體內(nèi)部的民族認同程度和蒙古族家庭在子女入學(xué)選擇中的現(xiàn)實考慮入手,通過社會學(xué)實證調(diào)查方法,探究現(xiàn)行政策制定與執(zhí)行效果產(chǎn)生偏差的原因。同時對現(xiàn)行政策進行反思和探討。
[Abstract]:As a result of the complicated historical process, China has formed the reality that 56 nationalities live together in the form of large and small settlements on this land. In recent years, with the rapid progress of social modernization in our country, the invention and application of modern science and technology not only brought high-speed development of economy, but also facilitated the communication between different nationalities living in different regions. The communication and collision between different cultures in different regions and different time and space have produced a series of realistic social problems. Mongolian language, as one of the minority languages in China, carries a long history of Mongolian nomadic culture behind it. Like other minority languages, the existence and development of Mongolian language is now facing the impact of Chinese, the common Chinese language used by Han nationality, which accounts for the majority of the population in our country. How to protect the use and inheritance of Mongolian language under the premise of national integration and avoid the danger of Mongolian language disappearing in the near future is one of the practical problems arising from ethnic integration. Although the government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region has made clear the protective measures for Mongolian language education in the relevant policies, it can not stop the trend of the gradual decrease of Mongolian language education students in recent years. This article will start with the degree of ethnic identity within the Mongolian group and the practical consideration of Mongolian families in the selection of their children in school, and explore the reasons for the deviation in the effect of current policy formulation and implementation by means of sociological empirical investigation. At the same time to the current policy reflection and discussion.
