四川省民族雜居區(qū)普通話培訓(xùn)測(cè)試現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與研究

【摘要】:民族雜居區(qū)的推普工作已經(jīng)開展多年,取得了很大的成就。但由于民族眾多,語言情況復(fù)雜等因素使雜居區(qū)有了與其他地區(qū)不同的個(gè)性,這些個(gè)性要求在雜居區(qū)的推普工作中,不能照搬其他地區(qū)的方法,只能實(shí)事求是,因地制宜地開展工作。也要求對(duì)雜居區(qū)推普工作要有與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的了解和把握。但在現(xiàn)有的研究中,對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話工作現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究并不多,有的也只是一些就某些個(gè)別問題進(jìn)行探討,缺乏系統(tǒng)而深入的分析以及有力的數(shù)據(jù)說明,也就很難對(duì)雜居區(qū)推普工作的后續(xù)開展以及政策的制定提供有力的支撐和參考。 本文是在實(shí)地走訪和問卷調(diào)查,采集了大量的有效可靠的數(shù)據(jù),并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,較為全面地對(duì)四川省內(nèi)兩個(gè)重要的民族雜居區(qū)(甘孜州和阿壩州)的普通話培訓(xùn)測(cè)試現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和研究,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀作了翔實(shí)的描述,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)做了相應(yīng)的分析,并提出了有針對(duì)性的建議。目的是對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話培訓(xùn)測(cè)試與其他地區(qū)相比具有的共性和個(gè)性做出描述,為民族政策、語言文字政策的制定以及后續(xù)工作的開展提供依據(jù)和參考,為在民族地區(qū)建立和諧的語言生態(tài)環(huán)境、促進(jìn)各民族的共同進(jìn)步和繁榮提供一個(gè)生動(dòng)的范本。 本文分七個(gè)部分對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行論述。第一部分闡述了論文的價(jià)值、相關(guān)研究綜述以及研究方法、內(nèi)容和存在的困難。第二部分對(duì)調(diào)查的兩個(gè)民族雜居區(qū)(甘孜州和阿壩州)的概況分別進(jìn)行說明。第三部分對(duì)雜居區(qū)的語言使用現(xiàn)狀(包括方言和民族語)和普通話水平現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行說明。第四部分是對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查和分析,在分析的基礎(chǔ)上提出培訓(xùn)建議。第五部分是對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話測(cè)試現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查和分析,并提出測(cè)試建議。第六部分是對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話學(xué)習(xí)測(cè)試中存在的偏誤做的語言學(xué)分析,并提出學(xué)習(xí)建議。第七部分是對(duì)雜居區(qū)普通話變革的討論和對(duì)推普前景的預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:The work of popularizing people in mixed ethnic areas has been carried out for many years and has made great achievements. However, due to the large number of nationalities and the complexity of the language situation, the mixed areas have different personalities from those in other regions. These personalities require that the methods of other regions should not be copied in the work of popularizing the mixed areas. Instead, they can only seek truth from facts. Work according to local conditions. It also requires understanding and grasping the work of pushing people in mixed areas with the times. However, in the existing research, there are not many investigations on the current situation of Putonghua work in mixed living areas, some of which are just to discuss some individual issues, lacking systematic and in-depth analysis and powerful data to illustrate. Therefore, it is difficult to provide strong support and reference for the follow-up work and policy formulation in mixed areas. This paper is based on the field visits and questionnaires, collected a large number of valid and reliable data, and analyzed the data. The present situation of mandarin training and testing in two important ethnic regions in Sichuan province (Ganzi and Aba) is investigated and studied in a comprehensive way. The present situation is described in detail, and the corresponding analysis is made according to the data. Some suggestions are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to describe the commonness and individuality of Putonghua training and testing in mixed living areas compared with other regions, and to provide the basis and reference for the formulation of national policy, language policy and the development of follow-up work. It provides a vivid model for establishing harmonious language ecological environment and promoting the common progress and prosperity of all ethnic groups in ethnic areas. This article divides into seven parts to carry on the discussion to this question. The first part describes the value of the paper, related research review, research methods, content and difficulties. In the second part, the general situation of the two ethnic mixed regions (Ganzi and Aba) is explained. The third part explains the current situation of language use (including dialects and ethnic languages) and Putonghua. The fourth part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of Putonghua training in mixed areas, and puts forward some training suggestions on the basis of the analysis. The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of mandarin testing in mixed areas, and puts forward some suggestions. The sixth part is the linguistic analysis of errors in Putonghua learning test in mixed areas, and puts forward some suggestions for learning. The seventh part is to discuss the change of Putonghua and forecast the prospect of Twitter.
