【摘要】：本文為一篇翻譯報告。翻譯項目的原文為印度預(yù)算與政府問責(zé)中心(CBGA)所著的《重置公共資源》(Reclaiming Public Provisioning)第一章“教育”與第二章“醫(yī)療”部分,該部分內(nèi)容主要為CBGA針對印度十二五規(guī)劃及以前規(guī)劃中教育領(lǐng)域與醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域存在的一些問題與公共資源配置的問題進(jìn)行的探討并提出自己的建議。 本翻譯報告主要有以下幾個部分：一、引言部分,主要介紹項目背景,項目目的及其意義；二、材料背景,主要介紹作者背景,原文所涉及的主要內(nèi)容及原文語言分析；三、主要探討在翻譯過程中所遇到的一些難點及解決的方法,應(yīng)遵循的一些原則,并舉出一些簡單的例證。四、總結(jié)部分,主要介紹在翻譯的過程中所得到的經(jīng)驗與教訓(xùn),總結(jié)在今后翻譯過程中所需要學(xué)習(xí)及注意的技巧、細(xì)節(jié),以及仍需解決的問題等。 在本翻譯報告中,主要部分為第二及第三部分。在這兩個部分中,筆者介紹了《重置公共資源》這本書出版的背景,以及本書的著作者CBGA這個組織以及與該組織相關(guān)的知識。而最重要的第三部分中,筆者對于自己在翻譯實踐中所遵循的忠實性原則,以及指導(dǎo)理論——功能對等理論做了簡要介紹,然后結(jié)合幾個具體的案例,筆者簡述了在翻譯過程中采用的一些方法,并且認(rèn)為翻譯就要在遵循原則的前提下,采取各種可行方法來進(jìn)行,以取得最佳效果。 筆者在翻譯及撰寫報告的過程中,總結(jié)了自己的收獲,并確定今后應(yīng)該努力的方向,希望可以在今后的學(xué)習(xí)與實踐過程中,真正成長為合格的翻譯人員。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report. Translated by the Indian Center for Budget and Government Accountability, (CBGA). "reset Public Resources." (Reclaiming Public Provisioning), Chapter 1, "Education" and Chapter 2, "Health," This part mainly discusses the problems and public resource allocation problems in the education and medical fields in the 12th Five-Year Plan of India and in the previous planning by CBGA and puts forward its own suggestions. This translation report mainly includes the following parts: first, the introduction part, mainly introduces the project background, the project purpose and its significance; second, the material background, mainly introduces the author background, the original text involves the main content and the original language analysis; third, This paper mainly discusses some difficulties encountered in the process of translation and the methods to be solved, some principles to be followed, and some simple examples. The fourth part is the summary, which mainly introduces the experiences and lessons learned in the process of translation, summarizes the skills, details and problems to be solved in the process of translation in the future. In this translation report, the main parts are the second and third parts. In these two parts, the author introduces the background of the publication of the book reset Public Resources, the author of the book, CBGA, the organization and the knowledge of the organization. In the third part, the author gives a brief introduction to the principle of faithfulness and the guiding theory of functional equivalence in translation practice, and then combines several specific cases. The author briefly describes some methods used in the process of translation, and holds that translation should be carried out by various feasible methods on the premise of following the principles in order to achieve the best results. In the process of translating and writing the report, the author summarizes his own achievements and determines the direction to be worked hard in the future, hoping to become a qualified translator in the course of learning and practice in the future.
