【摘要】：本文以普通語(yǔ)言學(xué)理論與方法為指導(dǎo),分析研究蒙古語(yǔ)法律術(shù)語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn)、存在的問題和原因,探索了如何規(guī)范蒙古語(yǔ)法律術(shù)語(yǔ)方面存在的一些問題。 論文主要由引言、第一部分、第二部分、總結(jié)、參考文獻(xiàn)等部分組成。 引言,介紹了選題的原因、研究現(xiàn)狀、資料來源和研究方法。 第一部分,闡述了法律語(yǔ)言和法律術(shù)語(yǔ)及其特點(diǎn)和規(guī)范化的必要性。 第二部分,舉例分析了當(dāng)前蒙古語(yǔ)法律術(shù)語(yǔ)中存在的一些問題,原因、同時(shí)闡述了規(guī)范法律術(shù)語(yǔ)的原則和方法。 總結(jié)部分,概括描述了本文闡述的主要內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:Guided by the theory and method of general linguistics, this paper analyzes the characteristics, problems and reasons of Mongolian legal terms, and explores some problems in regulating Mongolian legal terms. The paper is mainly composed of introduction, part one, part two, summary, reference and so on. In the introduction, it introduces the reason, research status, data source and research method. The first part expounds the legal language and legal terminology, its characteristics and the necessity of standardization. In the second part, some problems and reasons in the current Mongolian legal terms are analyzed, and the principles and methods of standardizing legal terms are expounded. In the part of summary, the main contents of this paper are described.
