【摘要】：針對目前海外漢語教學師資現(xiàn)狀與問題,結(jié)合對部分海外漢語教師進行的調(diào)查與訪談,本文認為海外漢語教師培訓需改變以往的單向注入式培訓模式,堅持適切、多維、實用的原則,以問題為導向,以任務型培訓模式為核心,以學員為中心,加大學員參與、體驗的力度,使學員能夠在短時間的培訓中獲益最大化。
[Abstract]:In view of the current situation and problems of overseas Chinese teaching teachers, combined with the investigation and interview of some overseas Chinese teachers, this paper holds that the training of overseas Chinese teachers should change the former one-way injection training mode and adhere to the appropriate and multidimensional training mode. Practical principles, problem-oriented, task-based training model as the core, student-centered, increase student participation, experience, so that students can maximize the benefits of training in a short period of time.
