【摘要】：本文從《唐律疏議》法律詞匯中的同義詞著手，，對法律詞匯同義詞進(jìn)行定義、構(gòu)組、辨析等一系列的研究工作。通過對歸納出來同義詞詞組中的同義詞詞義進(jìn)行考證和對比，確定出其在《唐律疏議》中的共同義項，對這些同義詞組內(nèi)各成員的差異進(jìn)行辨析、概括與歸納，從而對《唐律疏議》法律詞語中的同義詞的大致狀況進(jìn)行概括性的描繪。
[Abstract]:This paper begins with the synonyms in the legal vocabulary of Tang Law, and makes a series of research work on the definition, construction and discrimination of the synonyms in the legal vocabulary. Through textual research and comparison of synonyms' meanings in synonym phrases, the common meanings of synonyms are determined, and the differences of members in these synonyms are analyzed, summarized and summarized. Thus, the general status of synonyms in the legal words and expressions of Tang Law is described in a general way.
