【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化及中國加入世界貿(mào)易組織，中國的對外經(jīng)濟業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速，商務(wù)合同翻譯便成為了各種商業(yè)活動中的一個有前景的行業(yè)。因而，有必要對商務(wù)合同翻譯進行研究。 商務(wù)合同翻譯，作為應(yīng)用翻譯的一個分支，已由眾多學(xué)者從文體學(xué)、功能對等理論及語用學(xué)等不同視角進行了探索。目前目的論已廣泛應(yīng)用于廣告翻譯、電影翻譯以及商標(biāo)翻譯等各種應(yīng)用翻譯領(lǐng)域。 目前有大量的翻譯策略和翻譯原則用來指導(dǎo)商務(wù)合同翻譯實踐。然而，從目的論視角對商務(wù)合同翻譯的研究卻很少，深層次的研究就更少了。筆者認為目的論適合商務(wù)合同翻譯的研究，，進而指導(dǎo)合同翻譯。因而筆者選擇目的論來研究商務(wù)合同翻譯。筆者采用了質(zhì)化的分析方法，整合了目的論以及該理論在商務(wù)合同翻譯原則及方法的應(yīng)用。在目的理論指導(dǎo)下，筆者首先分析了商務(wù)合同的文本類型、文體特征、翻譯目的和翻譯要求；其次又根據(jù)其文本類型討論了商務(wù)合同翻譯過程中的翻譯需求；最后探討其翻譯原則及方法。 簡而言之，本論文從一個獨特的視角—目的論視角進行商務(wù)合同翻譯的研究，旨在探討商務(wù)合同翻譯原則和方法，以期為商務(wù)合同翻譯提供一個基本的理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, China's foreign economic business has developed rapidly, and the translation of business contracts has become a promising industry in various commercial activities. Therefore, it is necessary to study the translation of business contracts. As a branch of applied translation, business contract translation has been explored from stylistics, functional equivalence theory and pragmatics. Skopos theory has been widely used in advertising translation, film translation and trademark translation. At present, there are a large number of translation strategies and translation principles used to guide business contract translation practice. However, there are few researches on business contract translation from the perspective of Skopos theory. The author thinks that Skopos theory is suitable for the study of commercial contract translation, and then guide contract translation. Therefore, the author chooses Skopos Theory to study the translation of business contracts. The author uses qualitative analysis method to integrate Skopos theory and its application in the principles and methods of business contract translation. Under the guidance of Skopos theory, the author first analyzes the text types, stylistic features, translation purposes and translation requirements of business contracts, and then discusses the translation needs in the process of translating business contracts according to their text types. Finally, the translation principles and methods are discussed. In short, this thesis studies the translation of business contracts from a unique perspective of Skopos theory, aiming at exploring the principles and methods of translation of business contracts, with a view to providing a basic theoretical guidance for the translation of business contracts.
