[Abstract]:In the modern society with rapid economic development, the employment problem is becoming more and more serious. Under this background, reality TV shows adapt to the market demand and gradually develop from entertainment reality shows to service reality shows. Based on the theory of conversational analysis and objective principle, this paper intends to study the dialogue and interaction in TV career reality TV programs from a linguistic point of view, in order to reveal the participants (hosts, guests) in job hunting shows. The power relationship between job seekers is intended to deepen people's understanding of the nature of reality shows. At the same time, from the perspective of "purpose", this paper explores and analyzes the tactics adopted by all parties in the job show to achieve their goals, hoping to get some enlightenment: how should the host properly use the language strategy to master the rhythm of the whole program? Make it run smoothly and orderly; how should interviewers and job seekers adjust their language strategies so that their goals (finding the right employee / finding a satisfactory job) succeed. The first part of the thesis briefly introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance and the corpus involved. The second part of the related literature review of domestic and foreign scholars on the career reality show research, the author found that the talk show and entertainment reality show research is relatively rich, while the research on TV job hunting reality show is relatively scattered. Even if there are a few related studies are also from sociology, communication, psychology and other aspects of the analysis, mainly introduced the historical development of such programs, social impact, rules and types. Few scholars pay attention to the power relationship of conversation participants in job-hunting reality show. The third part introduces the theoretical framework of this paper: conversational analysis and Skopos principle. The fourth part of this paper puts forward the research problems, research methods, the source and transliteration of the corpus. The fifth part is the main part of this thesis. Firstly, based on the framework of conversational analysis, this paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the turn-switching methods used by the participants in the workplace reality show, including interruptions and overlaps. Then, using the goal principle, this paper discusses the relationship between the purpose of the conversation participants and the strategies they use to achieve their goals. Combined with these analyses, this paper concludes in the sixth part: the host controls most of the speech theory, interrupts the guest or the applicant, and the job seeker always cooperate with the host and guest. Answer questions passively. The discourse strategies used by hosts and guests are relatively offensive, while those of job seekers are monotonous and deficient. The rights of the three parties in the job-hunting reality show are highly skewed. The host is the main owner of the rights, and his position of power is far higher than that of the job seeker. This study proves the applicability of the goal principle in the workplace reality show and provides a new theoretical perspective for conversational analysis. On the other hand, this article has certain reference significance to the applicant and the television worker.
