泰國(guó)清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查報(bào)告

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著全球化進(jìn)程的加快和中國(guó)國(guó)際地位的提高,世界上掀起了一陣學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)的熱潮。泰國(guó)作為與中國(guó)山水相接、文化相親的友好鄰國(guó),對(duì)漢語(yǔ)更是倍加推崇。泰國(guó)各地中小學(xué)和高校在政府的倡導(dǎo)下,也紛紛開(kāi)設(shè)了漢語(yǔ)課程。清邁皇家大學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)漢語(yǔ)專業(yè)起步較早,因其較大的漢語(yǔ)辦學(xué)規(guī)模和良好的教學(xué)質(zhì)量而聞名全國(guó)。根據(jù)筆者在清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系為期一年的實(shí)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷,本文對(duì)清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了全面的調(diào)查分析,目的在于了解清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)的特點(diǎn),并發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題,嘗試性地提出改善建議。使對(duì)外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)界更多地了解清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作,為泰國(guó)其他高校的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作提供有益的借鑒,進(jìn)一步豐富泰國(guó)漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)研究成果。本文的研究對(duì)象是清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查法、訪談法、資料分析法、案例分析法、課堂觀察法等方法對(duì)清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行全面的調(diào)查分析,著重分析了清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的學(xué)生情況、師資情況、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、課程設(shè)置、教材選用、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)、課堂管理等方面的內(nèi)容。研究結(jié)果顯示:清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)有一些獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在同類院校中,清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系招生人數(shù)較多,辦學(xué)規(guī)模較大。在專業(yè)設(shè)置上,漢語(yǔ)系分漢語(yǔ)教育專業(yè)和漢語(yǔ)人文專業(yè),培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)明確。在師資配備上,漢語(yǔ)系師資充足,實(shí)行中泰籍漢語(yǔ)教師分工教學(xué),保障了教學(xué)質(zhì)量和效果。在課程設(shè)置上,漢語(yǔ)系的課程設(shè)置較為全面。漢語(yǔ)系還注重語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),專門開(kāi)設(shè)中國(guó)語(yǔ)言文化研究室,方便開(kāi)展各種漢語(yǔ)文化活動(dòng);同時(shí),漢語(yǔ)系注重結(jié)合地域優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)行中華文化的推廣活動(dòng)及與其他高校漢語(yǔ)專業(yè)的交流活動(dòng),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的漢語(yǔ)綜合運(yùn)用能力。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系的漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)也存在一些不足之處。在課程設(shè)置上,語(yǔ)法課設(shè)置時(shí)間不合理、缺乏漢字課、實(shí)際性和交際性課程偏少。教師對(duì)教材的運(yùn)用能力還有待提高。教師教學(xué)方法比較單一,缺乏教學(xué)積極性,教師的課堂管理能力還有待提高。漢語(yǔ)系對(duì)學(xué)生的考核方式比較單一,對(duì)教師的考評(píng)制度不夠完善,缺乏激勵(lì)機(jī)制。針對(duì)研究中所反映出的清邁皇家大學(xué)漢語(yǔ)系漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)中的問(wèn)題,我們提出了具體可操作的建議。我們認(rèn)為:漢語(yǔ)系應(yīng)對(duì)課程設(shè)置稍作調(diào)整;教師應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)教材的二次改編能力;教師應(yīng)采用多樣化的教學(xué)方法,注重精講多練,提高課堂管理能力;漢語(yǔ)系應(yīng)完善學(xué)生的考試制度,增加平時(shí)測(cè)驗(yàn),采用多樣化的考試形式,并完善對(duì)教師的考核制度,增加激勵(lì)機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the acceleration of globalization and the improvement of China's international status, there has been a wave of upsurge in learning Chinese in the world. Thailand, as a friendly neighbor of Chinese landscape and cultural matchmaking, is highly praised for Chinese. At the initiative of the government, Chinese courses have been offered in schools and universities across Thailand. Chiang Mai Royal University started its Chinese major early, and is famous all over the country for its large scale and good teaching quality. Based on the author's one-year practice experience in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the present situation of Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. The purpose of this paper is to understand the characteristics of Chinese teaching in Chinese Department of Royal University of Chiang Mai, and to find out the existing problems, and to put forward some suggestions for improvement. To make the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language more familiar to the Chinese teaching work of the Chinese Department of Chiang Mai Royal University, to provide useful reference for the Chinese teaching work of other universities in Thailand, and to further enrich the research results of Thai Chinese teaching. The research object of this paper is the present situation of Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese of the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Through field investigation, interview, data analysis, case analysis, The present situation of Chinese teaching in the Chinese Department of the Royal University of Chiang Mai is investigated and analyzed by classroom observation method, with emphasis on the situation of the students, teachers, teaching objectives, curriculum and the selection of teaching materials in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Teaching methods, teaching evaluation, classroom management and other aspects. The results show that there are some unique advantages in Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. Among the similar institutions, Chiang Mai Royal University has a large enrollment of Chinese students. In the specialty setting, the Chinese department is divided into the Chinese education specialty and the Chinese humanities specialty, the training goal is clear. In terms of teaching staff, the Chinese Department has sufficient teachers, and the implementation of Sino-Thai Chinese teachers division of labor ensures the quality and effect of teaching. In the curriculum, the Chinese Department of the curriculum is more comprehensive. The Chinese Department also pays attention to language practice activities, and specially opens a Chinese language and culture research room to facilitate the development of various Chinese cultural activities. At the same time, the Chinese department attaches importance to combining regional advantages. To promote Chinese culture and communicate with Chinese majors in other colleges and universities to cultivate students' comprehensive ability of using Chinese. The study also found that there are some deficiencies in Chinese teaching in the Department of Chinese at the Royal University of Chiang Mai. In the course setup, the grammar course has unreasonable time, lacks Chinese character course, and lacks practical and communicative courses. The ability of teachers to use teaching materials needs to be improved. Teachers' teaching method is simple, lack of teaching enthusiasm, teachers' classroom management ability needs to be improved. The assessment method of Chinese department is simple, the evaluation system of teachers is not perfect, and it lacks of incentive mechanism. In view of the problems in the Chinese teaching of the Royal University of Chiang Mai, we put forward some practical suggestions. We think that the Chinese department should adjust the curriculum slightly; the teacher should strengthen the ability of rearranging the teaching material twice; the teacher should adopt the diversified teaching method, pay attention to the elaboration and practice, and improve the classroom management ability; The Chinese department should perfect the examination system of the students, increase the usual test, adopt various examination forms, perfect the examination system for the teachers and increase the incentive mechanism.
